NO2 V.S. NO Xplode

Compair and Contrast the Pros and Cons

dumb and dumber

Why dear god, why!!!

It’s like comparing dogshit with catshit.

Then we can discuss which smells worse: Horseshit or Donkeyshit!

Most of us around here know these products are over-hyped junk that provide no more workout benefit than a good strong cup of coffee. Many of them are also dangerous.

Do a search:

There are many more but the consensus is that there are better ways to progress in the gym than a chemical that just gives you a “pumped up” feeling. I prefer to save the money for more fish oil, BCAAs, quality protein, etc.

A little knowledge goes a long way.

I was going to use those too but catshit is clearly worse than dogshit!

Different article, same conclusions.

I think we should leave this kid alone. Lost cause. So far, we know he’s done “bulking” and wants to “shred down”. This is going from around 150 at the start of the bulk to 165 at the end. In 2 MONTHS! How much of that weight he gained do you think is muscle?

He was told by a few to read some articles, learn some shit to find a good diet plan instead of cutting all his fat calories (cough while eating EGGS) and doing lots of cardio.

This is the second thread in which he is asking about supps. He apparently has no desire to learn and wants a quick fix to get “hyooge”.

He should be left to figure things out for himself. Let him burn several hundred dollars on supps, get nowhere, then say they don’t work.

Then maybe he’ll come back here, read a few articles, learn some shit to find a good diet plan (and workout strategy) and make some headway.

A recent strong words sums it up:
Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength. – Arnold Schwarzenegger

He needs to struggle. He’s 17. He wants it handed to him without the effort. But that’s just my opinion.

dog I go to school from 7 to 3 then 4 to 9 im at work and 9:15 to 11:30 im at the gym eveery single day of my life, so dont say I want it handed to me without effort. Yeah I would rather just ask people to get information then go searching back in 8 month old files, it just seems like alot less headach and as for the supps I havent wasted a few hundred dollers I ask because im curious and want to know what other people think not because I gunna buy them.

Alright, dog.

Whats to contrast? I know in my days of stupidy I tried both, got the runs and a small pump. Basically felt like creatine plus other crap.

Not worth the Runs…

Sorry, “dog”, but you are not the only one who’s got shit goin’ on. First off, the SEARCH function will keep you from digging through endless threads or articles. It goes like this: Click search, type subject, find article, read.

In the amount of time it took you to type your post you could have found MANY posts and articles on your very question of these products. And I’ll give you a tip since you just want to ask people for info since it’s to much of a “headache” to research. Cut your gym time in half. 2 hours is too much. Use the other hour to READ SOME DAMN ARTICLES.

Your workouts look too long. It sounds like you are trying to copy the pro’s workout, but remember they can only do that because they do massive amounts of steroids.

A newb working out for 2hrs and 15min is way too long.

both are junk, but no explode wins because it will give you energy from caffeine. No2 will do absolutely nothing unless you are trying to make your wallet lose weight.

Neither are good. They are sugar bombs with caffiene.

Take the advice from everyone in this thread. You need to read. Read read read.

Dog, I’m in college…train…and everything else…dog…I guarantee many of us are busier than you. So dog, if watch T.V. on saturdays quit and read some articles instead.

They both = TRASH !!
Every few years a new gimmick is marketed by the supplement companies all with the same result…NADA.
Use your money for food, protein and bcaa’s.

Lol, this thread is hilarious. And dog, don’t train every day either.

Chase (assuming that’s your name), a few things:

  1. Both products are worthless. Back in my days of low health, I drank so much soda that my body became completely tolerant of caffeine, so when I took NO-Xplode, I felt absolutely nothing, even above their highest recommended dose. I stopped using it after literally a week and a half.

  2. Your workouts are too long. When I straight lift weights, I’m in and out in an hour, maybe an hour and a quarter (leg days, I go crazy). Now that I’ve added cardio via running/sprinting, they’ve been about an hour and a half at max.

  3. Don’t workout every day of your life. Ever hear of rest? Your body needs it, too. You may think you’re doing well by training every day, but in actuality, you’re hurting yourself by inhibiting your overall progress. Stick to 3-4 days of weight training a week (I prefer 4).

  4. Before I recommend supplements, get your nutrition down. If you’re not eating right, supplements will be absolutely worthless. Eat right, train right, then supplement. Remember, supplements do just that: they SUPPLEMENT your diet.

  5. For beginners, start using whey/casein protein, creatine, a fish or flax seed oil (preferably both), a multivitamin, and BCAAs (my recommendation for them comes from knowledge and education, not personal experience).

  6. Before all this, however, you need to educate yourself. Know what you’re putting into your body, know what you’re doing to it, then go from there. No one gets anywhere in anything being ignorant of the circumstances.

Six basic things that I think will help you out. Hope all goes well.

The OP is busy guys, he goes to school, then work, then he has to train. that’s a lot.

Don’t give him shit cuz he’s busy, we all know that we just train and rest and post on message boards.

None of us are in Graduate school, with full time jobs, with families, bills, and kids…err…oh wait…he meant high school…and he works part time…

If you are honestly doing all of those things, how do you find time to post on T-Nation. You don’t have any down time. When do you eat?
