I was really playing around with my form today and was doing my best to emulate the So you think you can squat videos. My knees are still really like to cave in when the weight gets heavy so weak hamstrings? I don’t know but I am going to work on them for a while anyways see how that goes.

I probably could have gotten my third rep of 260 but no spotter and didn’t feel like pushing to failure anyways. I was messing with my elbow position throughout my sets to try and tuck them in but in the process it felt like I lost all the pop off my chest. I will figure it out.
