So while before I was doing front squats with my normal squat stance, I moved my feet in to shoulder width or so and got well below parallel today. Definitely keeping them as such because my quads are still twitching 2 hours later.

Met a guy (sshould have asked his name) that was cutting weight for the big UPA meet here in town tomorrow. Ankle is very swollen and same side knee feels like a ligament is excessively tight on the inside. The box squats didn’t hurt but walking through walmart I had to stop 3 times to massage the knee. So yeah playing this by the ear.
