5/3/1 Week 3, Day 2 (Squats)
And now time for another edition of “Bitches Be Crazy”
So, I used to hang out with this girl a while back, and she left a Ravens jersey at my house the last time we hung out (over 2yrs ago). A couple times I’ve contacted her about getting it back (when it randomly got in my way or something) but it never happened. Last night right after I finished mauling a huge dinner - and had NO desire to go out - she calls me out of the blue, she’s at a bar 2 blocks from my house so I should bring it out.
We meet up at the bar NEXT to the one she had been in. I grab a beer as we chat, 5 minutes later her sister comes in and says “I can’t believe you left me alone in that bar with your friend.” Girl insists I go hang out with them, offers me a beer at the next bar, so I reluctantly go. I walk in and the dude that was sitting next to her storms outta the bar. I sit there super awkwardly with her sister for 5 minutes and am about to leave when they come back in. The dude, who she describes as her “best guy friend” and is clearly in love with her, is silent the entire night. Thirty minutes or so later she is trying to make out with me in full view of her sister, this guy, and the entire bar. Now she wants to hang out this weekend.
Pretty indicative of when we used to hang out, sadly. NEVER a dull moment with her for sure.
Other note - for 2 or 3 weeks my appetite has completely gone in the dumper and I have no idea why. My lunch today was half a 10oz cheeseburger patty and half a handful of nuts. It’s causing me to resort to more junk food to get my calories in which is no bueno.

245(1+ ) x 6 happy with this. My technique is getting better, sitting “back” instead of “down” and driving through my heels. Felt it real good in both my quads and hams.

Also, my lyme disease meds aren’t making me sick so looks like a misdiagnosis.
