I like doing lunges with a SSB on my back up and down my gym’s turf. Everybody just gets the fuck outta my way unless they want to get clotheslined, lol.
a better approach is: how much stress can recover from / in my opinion/.
like me: i like to train and can handle lot of volume and frequency ,but as type 3,
i can’t recover and can’t progress then
That’s what I mean by tolerate: how much training stress you can do and positively adapt to.
