I am 26 and I have always have very little libido. I used to get aroused with porn and music videos but very little by actual girls. My libido is very low now.
My erections are almost non-existent and if I do get an erection it goes away within seconds. If I stand up it goes away immediately. There is no way I can have sex with that erection quality. It has been gradually getting worse over the years.
Obviously all this has a very bad impact on my mental health. I did have a girlfriend once and attempted sex. Obviously I couldnāt perform because I didnāt get erection/for seconds. She was quite understanding but we broke up few years back.
I went to see a doctor who did a few blood tests. My testosterone was ānormalā and the doctor suggests that my problem is psychosomatic. My life has been quite easy and I havenāt had any kind of stress. I occasionally smoke drink and mostly eat clean. I am not obese or diabetic. I am ok fit and can run 5 kms easily.
I have tried nofap and now it is not even difficult because my urge to masturbate is very low. I havenāt masturbated in > 60 days and I donāt feel like doing it. I have seen lots of porn for sure but not all people who watch porn are this impotent. I donāt watch porn now.
I havenāt checked for āvenous leakā, maybe I should but my libido is also very low. What could be the cause of this?
I will definitely go to doctors and get myself checked out more, but I just wanted an opinion here.
Also I did prone masturbation for most of my life.
Run labs below asap. Listen did they offer you a ped5 like Viagra? You should take it. See if it works and start banging. Viagra while you are investigating the root cause. Nothing wrong with that. And try masterbating again. You need to keep it working.
Keep us updated.

Iām a āfirmā believer that if you donāt use it you lose it. You want blood traveling to the organ and expanding those capillaries. Obviously excessive masterbation is frowned upon for a number of reasons but you should be using it. Just my 2 cents.
Evaluate your overall thyroid function by checking oral body temperatures as per the thyroid basics sticky. Thyroid hormone fT3 is what gets the job done and it regulates mitochondrial activity, the source of ATP which is the universal currency of cellular energy. This is part of the bodyās temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.

I can be a bit abrupt in my replies and recommendations. I have a lot of ground to cover as this forum has become much more active in the last two years. I canāt follow threads that go deep over time. You need to respond to all of my points and requests as soon as possible before you fall off of my radar. The worse problems are guys who ignore issues re thyroid, body temperatures, history of iodized salt. Please do not piss people off saying that lab results are normal, we need lab number and ranges.
The value that you get out of this process and forum depends on your effort and performance. The bulk of your learning is reading/studying the suggested stickies.
Some of the lab tests are present in my original post. They are shared as a google sheet here. Blood Test - Google Sheets
I will add ranges soon when I get the rest of the tests.

I am on Cialis everyday.
I am on another level of erectile dysfunction. I canāt get it up to save myself. I get one erection in the morning when I take cialis and that last for seconds. Things have gone progressively worse I canāt even masturbate now even if I wanted to. I have no libido so aroused erection is impossible. I am not exaggerating anything, this is the way it is. I was trying to downplay this problem all my life.
I actually take daily Cialis myself because while in trt there are some days I can not maintain my erection. So with Cialis I donāt have to worry about that.
Have u tried Viagra instead?
Do you have decreased penile sensation?
Cause when my estrogen was low with my low t I was like you could not even masterbate to porn. Low estrogen low t Cialis and V may not work well.
I am not in TRT btw. Man did I post to the wrong forum.
I have tried all PDE-5s Cialis doesnāt have side effects so i stick with that. I think my main problem is with libido so cialis canāt do much about that.
I totally have decreased penile sensation. I read on the forums that people can get erection just by stroking themselves. That this is a normal thing. I donāt remember me ever being able to do that.
I have high estrogen and high prolactin (as seem in my blood report). I have gyno too. But I donāt think all gyno guys are impotent.
U appear to be in right forum. As trt maybe in your future.
Takes those labs above and we can provide feedback. Was your puberty normal? Delayed?
You may need a good Endocrinologist to help you.
Edit. You have masterbated but prone without hands? Prone for years can cause damage. Yes most men masterbate by using hands as you can see on the internet.
Donāt believe that just because a doctor says youāre in the normal ranges that youāre alright, this is the mistake most doctors make who do not understand male hormones. Post labs result with lab ranges, your labs are difficult to interpret.
Iām unable to read your labs, I donāt know if SHBG is 18.2 or 53, very confusing. You need to clarify your levels or possibly miss out on advice. You are missing reverse T3 and antibodies. Reverse T3 blocks Free T3 and makes one hypothyroid. TSH is too high, this can cause erection troubles.
These ranges are the problem, they are a scam. If RT3 is high enough, it blocks FT3 from entering your cells and can make you hypothyroid even with TSH in range, I donāt expect your doctor to understand any of it. A good thyroid doctor will suspect something is wrong when your TSH gets above 2.0, the beginning of a problem if not dealt with can lead to thyroid disease.
The problem with our healthcare is they do not prevent diseases, they wait for your thyroid to become diseased before doing anything about it. To prevent disease you must take action earlier, you must pay out of pocket because doctors do not optimize your health. They wait for disease status.
If these ranges were adjusted to the optimal ranges of .50 - 1.0, I could only imagine the insurance premiums would soar as a lot more would be on thyroid treatment, they donāt call it the United States of obesity for no reason. Most people eat like crap and donāt exercise.
