NO in Supplements

I have been hearing all this hype about NO and it is in all the new supps. Can anyone tell me if there are any benefits from using it?

I used couple of the NO supplements when I first started working out, and admittedly, I liked them at first, but after a while of building tolerance, they lost my approval. It seemed that to get the desired effect, I’d have to use more and more. That began to bother my stomach and my wallet.

I’d suggest spending your money and good food or a quality protein. If you need an energy boost, the Spike Shooters in my opinion are fan-fucking-tastic

Not really lots of marketing hype maybe give you a lil vein for a few mins.

Search Dave Barr’s articles he does a pretty good job covering this

thanks guys, so is there any long term benefits. Like increased ability to gain size. Just something to take occasionaly to maybe get over a stump im in or something of that nature. I just look at a good protein as a everyday supplement.

There is NO benefit to taking these products, except to the benefit of the maker by taking your cold cash.

It’s not NO. It’s just arginine.

I find the marketing psychology of the whole mix up to be quite fascinating (but for the sake of the consumer, it still makes me sick to my stomach).
