If she can’t answer my questions without an interpreter she has no right to be in a governmental position. Its bad enough some people who’s first language is English and cannot speak it properly and I have to deal with them to get a driver’s license.[/quote]
Agreed. These folks who refuse to learn English should be dropped off at Somalia or Afghanistan, given an AK-47, and told: “Kill 'em all and you get to keep the land.”
Let’s be fair here. The southwest has always been influenced by Mexico. I work on Camino De Rio street, my son, dog and I play at Balboa Park, and we’re probably going to have delicious fish tacos tonight. I don’t think that anyone wants the Mexican influence to be gone because it’s part of being in SoCal. But that’s how New Mexico, Arizona, southern Texas, etc all are. There’s no denying a strong Mexican influence nor should there be because it’s part of the history of this area.
What we don’t want is to have a government or police force like Mexico.

Thanks for the tip. I’ll definitely check that out and I’m a huge ceviche fan. It’s pretty sad that I don’t travel that far north though. I kinda get stuck in my little neighborhood and don’t venture out of it much.

After dealing to Chinese for the past year, 5 days a week, I have lost all desire to eat Chinese. These people are so nasty and dirty, I wonder if they act like this in their home and businesses.

There’s a lot of irony in your mistaking Japanese Sushi for Chinese food.
I’ll give that place a shot. I really only eat sashimi but I’ll give that place a try. Thanks for the recommendations!

LOL…I know sushi is Japanese but it was just the mention of Asian food that hit me.
