I think it would be safe to bet that Surge Workout Fuel would be a waste of money in your case - no offense (and it IS expensive). Most people even here fit into this category. And it doesn’t neccessarily mean that they are ‘not working hard enough’. It just means that they probably wouldn’t notice a worthwile difference that makes up for the price tag.
I couldn’t disagree more.
I’m no pro athlete, but I do take my training seriously and push myself as hard as possible and I see a significant difference with Surge Workout Fuel. As I’ve stated before, it’s made a bigger difference for me than any other supplement I’ve used.
I’ve also used Surge Recovery before and during training in the past and can say that Surge Workout Fuel works much better for me during these times. My ability to train at a high level throughout my workout is noticeably higher with Surge Workout Fuel. I also find that I recover faster within and between workouts while using it.
I recommend trying it before giving recommendations on it.[/quote]
I never said you needed to be a pro to consume Surge Workout Fuel. For people such as yourself, it may be a great idea. Just not for an outright beginner. Similar to this: you have a game of squash without every picking a squash racquet up in your life. The racquet you used in the game could have been shit, or it could have been worth $300. Chances are the difference between the two would hardly make a noticeable difference to your performance. (Or at least not enough to beat the price difference)

I appreciate your advice. I will do a little bit more research next time before I post a thread. I’m sorta new to this site, but thanks for the heads up. Sorry these topics get you all so heated.
Jehovasfit, I’m gonna probably checkout Surge Workout Fuel, thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it.

Surge is not a ‘post workout drink’. In Berardi’s original formulas (and these were not rock solid, but highly customisable) he recommended consumption pre, peri and post workout with creatine added post workout. Remember that this guy was the major formulator of Surge.
Yes if you are an elite athelete and small changes are the only ones you have left then fine, Surge Workout Fuel could be do a wolrd of good for you. But for 99.9% of the population, it won’t.
Wow. Why develop a product for .1% of the population? I am going to try the Surge Workout Fuel soon. I don’t beleive it to be to expensive, seeing as most people I know slam some redbulls or the like before going to the gym. That shit adds up.

The whole of T-Nation (not to mention the people who actually lift) doesn’t even come close to making up .1% of the population.
And I would say that if you are working out six days a week that Surge Workout Fuel (and possibly Surge Recovery) would empty your wallet pretty damn quick.
