No experience needed, apply inside!

bobo Ever seen Rudy? That doesn’t even come close to the determination it takes to pull off a stunt like that.

Bobo- There would be no chance. At the pro level they are not only tremendously gifted and large athletes but they also have at least 8-9 yrs. experience playing before they make the pros. The true “inside game” is lost to the average fan on TV.

The idea of snapping the ball is intriguing but the center is the true master of the inside game. If your a small center <300ib. you had better be a master of technique. To give you an idea how technical it gets. In college when I played center I would read the nose guard. If he was really jumpy and tuned into the game I could usually draw him offsides at least once by clenching my snapping hand before the count. Then I could bluff him once or twice after that. Then I had to figure out what else he was keying off of ,if I wanted to draw him off again. Then if I figured that out I had to decide with the QB when to do it…see what I mean. This is at the college level. At the pro level forget it. It is tewn times more intense.

chances are slim to none

I think I could be a place kicker. That would also be an awesome job. How much can you really practice as a place kicker? 4 hours a day? Oooh. Rough work schedule. Then you’re paid to work out the rest of the time.
