That’s not the same as an implant…and no, I have seen some bodybuilders with them, but they usually don’t place well because it is very obvious.
Site injections are different. That is simply localized swelling unless something like synthol is used…and once again, it is also noticeable in most people who use it if you have observed these types of bodies for a long time.
