What a year we have kicked off here. I just wanted to update yall on my former dosage increase from 160 to 180 a week. In a nut shell, 160mg is much better for me. I noticed no benefit from increasing to 180. I did notice an increase in anxiety and an increase in acne. Libido and erections were a little better at 160 as well
Just wanted to share this update. For the “I told you so’ers” you were right. Happy new year!
This is similar to my experience (in reverse) of going from 80 to 60. 80 gave me all kinds of trouble (anxiety and increased heart rate) without much - if any - comparative benefit.
60 actually has more of its own nice surprises that I am just discovering after six weeks. If you don’t feel dialed in at 160 you can always try 140.

I was previously dialed in at 160. My labs looked pretty good there too. There was room for improvement but I think some of that was nutrition based. 140 felt too low for me. I could notice a big difference when it comes to: strength, muscle gain, libido and erections at 140 to 160.
