Opinions on slamming a PWO shake after a really intense night session? Shake was ~35g Hydro Whey, 30g BCAA + glut, ~70gm malto/dex, 6 oz raspberries.
I am gonna follow it with 2 scoops casein, 2 raw eggs, 2 Tbsp raw peanut butter.
Is it cool to slam two shakes right before bed if I recently lifted?
