Nice Speech

Part 1:

Part 2:

I don’t much pay attention to US Politics or any Politics… but I did listen to this guy today at work.

Apparently speeches like this are normal for this guy say fellow Googlers from the States.

One hell of a speech - if you don’t re-elect him… can we take him ? Beats any of our idiots hands down without even trying.

I know US Politics is fairly partisan - your one or the other and will argue to the death the cause of that choice… but this guy is something worth keeping.

Maybe not for those who don’t like him, but I’m pretty positive this guy would get elected here no problem at all - heh.

I believe TC way back when well before this guy ever appeared on the radar posted this guy can articulate his thoughts like few can - seemed he was right.

Regards from Eire.

I’ll supply beer to Ireland for a year if you keep him.

what comes out of his mouth and what happens are very different. Funny. He has a rapper named common at the white house and his foreign and domestic policy are quite the same

I don’t quite think you know the volume of what you would need to supply somehow.

Odd, it got moved to the Politics Forum with a Name Change.

No doubt the thread will descend into partisan politics but I hope not. It’s a good speech deserves to be listened to and put away.

Regards.

I do, indeed. This Hasid tended bar in Cork Ireland for three months. I was like a tourist attraction – “Come see the Jew!”

I’m convinced the Irish may be a lost tribe. Red Hair. Overbearing Mothers. Guilt.

But,back on topic, keep O’Bama!

Ah Bejaysus and Begorrah! Oi’ll be swearinâ?? boi the auld shrine to the Vorgin with the shamrocks growin’ round it next to the hill where Cuchullain slew the Great Leprechaun of Kildare on St Patrick’s Day that Barack Seamus O’Toole Flaherty Joyce O’Bama is the most Irish US president that ever set foot on the Emerald Oisle, so he is, so he is. Except, when he’s in Africa, of course, when he disappears into the dry ice and re-emerges with a grass skirt and a bone through his nose and declares himself to be Mandingo, Prince.

Which Bar in Cork - That’s where I’m from (Small World huh)

And the Daily Telegraph… really … it would be equivalent of reading the Irish Sun in Ireland.

Of course everyone is aware that claiming Irish ancestry is a stretch, but have you any notion of the volume of people who do ?

Does it do anyone any harm, to want to know who they are, where they come from and who came before them.

I don’t know what exactly you have against him, nor do I much care to find out, but if I as an Irishman feel quite happy for him to trace back where he’s from why can’t you ?

Perhaps I may be talking to the wall - perhaps you’ve already decided you just plain don’t like him - may I advise another thread in this case.

Regards.

(PS - There’s in excess of 5,000 Jewish descendants in Cork at any time you weren’t the 1st - there has been a Synagogue just off South Mall since World War 2.)

As you are aware it’s now nearly 1am here - so Bed time.

Aren’t US politicians lucky? They can travel to European countries without the threat of being arrested for alleged ‘war crimes’.
