Niacin Flush to Deliver Nutrients?

so if one were going to take niacin as a peri-workout supplement do you think it would be more beneficial to take it before, during, or after your workout?

Masochist or not, I actually LIKE the niacin flush and take 500mg twice per day, sometimes thrice. I also take it post workout. I love it and rub my skin to make it “burn” just a little more.

Great if it’s doing good stuff for me. I do know it helped my cholesterol numbers greatly, so I kept up my regimen.
