NH_Watts' TRT Log

I was in the 100s for dhea s. 25 mg dhea micronized brought to 300s. High normal dhea-s. I took in the morning where dhea suppose to be naturally high.

I knew it was stupid (caffeine) because I have read that it does lower e2, per
Physio also.

I was enjoying the little boost it was giving me, but from what I already knew, it’s not a HUGE difference. Maybe like a 10% increase in focus and output? Maybe. I still hit PR and am motivated to train for hour plus, 5-6 times a week without it.

More than likely that’s what has caused my fatigue issues. Today and yesterday I didn’t get the same feeling. It’s been about week and half or so since I touched caffeine.

I want further analysis. Do u still recommend this one. ? Am concerned with privacy

@NH_Watts @anon10035199

I haven’t had a chance to do it yet. I rarely use a computer outside of work. I think NH posted the one he used up earlier in the thread.

Got my results back from my recent lab. @ 110mg of test cyp a week (injecting 55mg E3.5D) the draw was right before my scheduled shot my TT was 992. Guess I have to tell the Endo I am injecting E7D and had the draw midway.

How do you feel at that dose? isn’t your usual ā€œTRTā€ dose a little higher? Or is that where you stay at now?

The ranges are bullshit. 827 is the max? Over that your to high? What a joke. Your hct is beautiful at that total test level. Thats the primary concern right? Blood getting to thick? Your numbers look great.

What’s free t look like? I’d be bumping my dose with those results unless you already feel awesome. The ranges are absolute bullshit

LOL insurance. That’s the range at my doctors office also. I asked my doc to just test my Free Test instead, that’s how I got around it.

Just wondering…did physiolojik post a meal plan or macros somewhere or did you get your diet outlined by working with him directly as a patient?

I worked with him indirectly as a client. He created a meal plan and exercise program for me.

I feel good at this dose but I feel great around 60-65 twice a week. But that comes in too high for my doc. But that is where I will bump it up to next week.

Free comes in around 200 pm/mL at this dose.

His concerns are typical for a doc. Prostate, BP, HCT, etc. Everything is good though…he just gets fixated on that number because of what he was taught.

Why don’t you get a different doc that is comfortable with free T at the high end of the range?

He is my third endo in 2 years and the most agreeable. I dont have time to continue to interview doctors until I find a good one. First one wanted me to come off of T for 6 months. Second one didnt want my TT over 500. This guys is ok with higher range but over will be a problem.

I’m with you on that one @NH_Watts! It can turn in to a full time job messing with these doctors and training and nutrition. I dont have time for all that. I manage my doc. I only have to see her every 6 months so 6 weeks before I make sure my blood is perfect. After she gives me a high five I do what I want lol.

The link I posted requires no login and doesn’t store anything, it just spits out a file.

How do you know about the website?

@hardartery

My wife found it on some Facebook group and I tried it.
