Yeah definitely not healthy but my liver didnt seem to mind it. Genetics probably.
The plan was for 90 days clean kind of resetting my habits. I dont have a reentry plan at this point LOL but I would def like to have a glass of wine with my wife some nights and really enjoy a few drinks on the weekends while watching a movie or something.
I was concentrated on the 5/3/1 lifting protocol for the last couple of years and I do love it and hit a few PRs over the last year but have shifted, for a bit, to a more mobility style protocol. I still have pain and slight weakness in my left knee following surgery over a year ago so trying to focus on making sure glutes are firing properly (for everything) and hams and quads are doing what they are supposed to. Trying to fix myself by taking a step back basically. (I could pull 300 for 12 reps but my knee would be swollen and painful for days after) A trainer at my gym took it upon himself to write up a 3 day workout that starts with 15 minutes of foam rolling, then 10 minutes of dynamic work, and then about an hour of different lifts, mostly isolated single leg/arm stuff, with a bunch of core work as well. Its kicking my ass pretty well each day. After 6-8 weeks of this I will try to incorporated some and move back to some power lifting style exercises for strength/size. Still lifting 4 days and HIIT 3 days a week. I usually get an additional 10 mins of HIIT a few other days after lifting.
Wife just went back to work so still working out morning routines but it shouldnt interfere with gym time at all. I am getting up at 4:45a now in order to get meals prepped for the day and out the door before she starts her kitchen prep for her and kids.
When one drinks daily and stops it has a big change on the body and mind. But everyoneās different. Congrats on the stoppage. Youāll live healthier and happier.

Any difference? I am about to pull the trigger on 3mg of boron. Just got my e2 test and confirmed that the supplements I am taking now do not affect it. Fish oil (Only 1 g of total omega 3) Collagen Peptides, and a small dose of vitamin D. I wonder if I will have same effect as you have had with the boron.
Will probably add one at a time so I know what is doing what!
Hey dude, yeah still a gradual increase happening. I notice a little memory uptick every few days it seems. Just this past weekend I amazed myself at some of the shit I was pulling out of my brain. Retention on podcasts listening is way up but havent been able to do any book reading the last couple of weeks to test that area.
Where is your E2 and how are you feeling at the level? Glad you got to get those oils into your system without neg effect.
I had full bloods pulled on Friday to measure up and see where I am. Still a bit tired daily but better. Mid morning on Saturday I fell asleep for 30 seconds while talking to my wife. It isnt that the conversation wasnt stimulating, just how it is some days. Close my eyes and Im out.
Fat also not flying off but low and slow decrease which is fine I guess.
I am teetering right on the edge of it being too high. Just barely though. No itchy nipples, prostate is being a champ. Its just the slight lack of raging libido, and that SUPER motivated feeling is a little less than I would like, however, still motivated still feel pretty good.
I HAVE been drinking , every weekend, multiple times sometimes. I think if I cut that back and maybe start with some more broccoli, maybe a lemon water every other week, I can easily get this under control. It is RIGHT there. I honestly still feel pretty good, but I am glad that I now KNOW that these symptoms are from being slightly high. I do have that emo, issue slightly as well, totally controllable, but there.
Maybe the boron will lower it just enough for me? Who knows.
Considering dropping all alcohol for April, to get ready for summer. I already can see my 8 pack , but there is considerable flab around my love handles. Love handles, ass, hips and thighs is where i carry my weight unfortunately. Very non aesthetic.

Id love to go back to sub Q. I wonder if being on SubQ my e2 went even a little higher, and its why I didnāt feel it? . I doubt it though, it was more than likely not a big enough spike to overwhelm my higher SHBG.

I would assume it is. I can imagine shooting IM is practically shooting it right into the blood stream, especially if you get your arm moving and run hot water on it after. Sub Q, i imagine it has to be absorbed by tiny capillary like veins.
I have areas where i have more fat, and you can tell there is a large difference in body heat, i would assume because of the lack of vascularity in fat.
The more I think about it, it makes total sense. The faster absorbed, the faster it queues up in the liver to be metabolized into usable test. Hitting the bloodstream , cleaved of the esther, much faster than trickling in from a slower uptake.
My SHBG being high, the higher peak is overcome and there is enough free test for me to feel good. When i do sub Q, that peak never goes high enough it seems.
Sub Q is probably the preferred method for people with lower SHBG"s i would think, but a non starter for higher SHBG people.

Now my e2 is 46, so I would think my TT is much higher.
I would think as well. You respond well to T (prob most meds based on this and AI response among other things that crashed your E2)

The week before last we went to a bulk store, and they only had 2% but this weekend I got 4% and I am never going back. Its so much more satisfying also. I found myself still snacking after I would eat 0% cottage cheese.
When I was doing IM I could feel the effects quickly: the moment I started subq I no longer felt that boost in labido and etc.
How much boron are you taking daily: any good brands I can look out for!
