Ok so a man on trt needs to use hcg to do this.

No. No he doesn’t. Tamoxifen can do this just fine. I’ve seen plenty of PCT cycles using just tamoxifen. How do you think it restarts your function?

I run tamoxifen basically year round.

Why not focus on adrenal health which is way more important for preg creation?

Here we go again using a hormone to offset the other hormone and then we will then add more hormones to offset those.

This is a really bad approach.

Are you referring to HCG or pregnenolone hear doc?

HCG. HCG on trt or cycling is silly. I believe I posted a video about this somewhere back. HCG should only be used if you’re trying to conceive. Otherwise it does indeed lose effect over time.

AHHH, I cant. I feel like if I introduced extra calories somewhere in my diet I will fuck it up. Im doing so well right now.

I LOVE 2% though. Fat free definitely leaves me unsatisfied, but I am getting the protein and calories I guess.

Don’t eat reduced fat anything. Seriously. Terrible shit for health.

I guess we all pick our battles but I am with physio on this one…or he is with me :man_shrugging:

When it comes to dairy full fat is much healthier.

I do full fat milk.

But I do use zero fat greek yogurt and zero fat cottage cheese.

I have read before that when they lower the fat they increase sugar. So maybe I will give it a switch and see if it affects my weight.

I am a former fattie so I am ALWAYS hesitant to introduce new things or more volume in my diet, especially if I am doing good at the moment.

@NH_Watts

There is always room for improvement. And full fat yogurt and cottage is where its at brother.

I did some quick math and it looks like it will only be about 120-140 extra calories a day, I think I can swing that. I am stable at my weight so I think it would benefit me. @NH_Watts

Nothing really noticeable in regard to yesterdays 100mg pregnenolone intake in the afternoon. I followed it up this AM with another dose with morning coffee. Label says take with meal but everything I’ve read online say take on an empty stomach so I am just going to do whatever the fuck I want. @anon10035199

I also concluded my first full week of boron supplementation. Mentally I was slightly more in the moment last week and was probably 100% more productive at work. I felt driven to accomplish tasks. Anecdotal perhaps but worth mentioning since its been a while. Slight uptick in mood too. Problem solving skills were noticeably better as well as recall which aided fulfillment and lessened stress.

Pre-workout morning meal (Meadows Concoction bowl) with 1/2 protein only shake has been a nice addition. I wake us starving for it now. Also using the Granite Recovery drink during lifting days. I noticed yesterday that at the very least I am getting a good pump from it as bicep veins were both clearly defined during curls (with lateral raises & pull ups) to finish off my OHP day. Maybe I see some LBM growth but maybe just pump.

Scale still not moving off of 217 BUT navel tape was down about .5" this AM, from last week, so thats movement. I was also over cals yesterday by about 500 but under by 700 the day before so whatever.

Snowed in this AM for cardio day at the gym but plenty of snow for a few hours of NEPA and will do an hour of uphill treadmill later on just to get some extra exercise.

I didn’t read all the way up. But that sounds high.

I mean 5mg or 10mg micronized I thought would be enough imo. Then labs to see.

If your trying to lose some fat , then I’d try intermittent fasting. It seems to work and great for health.

There aren’t really any guidelines @Charlie. From what I can gather I read replenishment for 12 weeks and then maintenance at a lower dose. Clinical uses for mood and mind range from 100mg-700mg. If I feel anything negative I will consider lowering dose.

I have been using the IF method for the past few months. Ive seen some general changes over the last 6 months but not sure if the IF recently was any better. Actually @bmbrady77 told me to maybe stop the IF for a little bit, in case bod got used to it, so that is where I currently am. No skipping breakfast for the next few weeks.

Yup switch it up. Body does get used to it. I fast one month every year. It gets easy
