Sounds Similar to muscle confusion.
You would think so, but youād be wrong. We are such creatures of habit that, if you didnāt give youāre macros any thought, you would find that if a third party measured them without you knowing day after day they would be pretty damn consistent as far as ratios go.

Lmao!! I think youāre right!
Dejavu!
I was born in Ohio big family all my aunt and uncles have winter homes in Florida and Texas. They all complained of SAD. Maybe its an age thing. Welcome to getting older, HaHa
My parents hated the North East my dad moved us to Alabama and bought a bass boat I lived there for 27 years before moving to Colorado. I had SADās in Alabama but not Colorado. I will never leave this state.
Natural thyroid hormone levels fluctuate seasonally, higher in the warmer months and lower on the colder months do to shorter days.
Fine but will thyroid affect mood?
What about the grandparents? Did they stick around for the cold?
I wish I could move South. Hate the cold weather. Wife can not leave her motherā¦
But am not depressed. Kids keep us busy. And just look forward to spring and summer.
I enjoy the cold but find it harder being kept up inside for longish periods.
I also enjoy the cold. Its the sky thereās magic in blue and depression in gray.

Beautiful. How is your HCT living at altitude?
It sucks. I live in Vail (Elevation 8,022ā²)
49 natty 50.3 @120mg/wk to 52.7 @ 180mg/wk on TRT.
Yah I bet. Iām told the thyroid and T are the two feel good hormones. Everything else man can live without.
You guys have great views. I donāt have any mountains but the ocean is less than 5 miles away.
I love the ocean. But enjoy mountain view as all
Growing up in MA, I donāt think I could ever live anywhere that doesnāt have an ocean near by. I sometimes despise the winter, but wouldnāt trade it for a land locked state.
I feel the same way. Am on long island
Some people would rather have the beach any day! My sister is one of those people. If she had her way sheād retire tomorrow and move to Pensacola! Lol
I grew up in the deep south very close to the ocean, and for some weird reason the whole beach thing just didnāt flip my lid. Itās beautiful for sure, but I couldnāt ever get away from the desire to move to the mountains one day. Guess thatās why I wound up in Montana. Hope I die here at a ripe old age.
