NFL Off-Season 2013

I really hope the Jet’s improve their offensive line this year. It has been horrid for the past few seasons. Im liking the Bengals to win their division this year. The ravens D is to depleted and the steelers need some new blood on their D as well. Pun intended.

Ravens D, at least on paper, is way better than last year.

+Healthy Suggs
+Healthy Webb
+Dummerville (sp?)
+Smith another year should see him imporve

-Pollard: Heavy hitter, but did get a lot of penalites.
+/-Ed Reed: Straight ball hog, hasn’t tackled since early 2000s
+/- Ray Lewis: Major loss of leadership, but has slowed with age.
-Kruggar (Sp?): Good pass rusher, but Dummerville is better.

As far as I know RG3 looks to be ahead of schedule and was able to start doing some more intense training but has yet to have to throw a snap. Hasn’t been much said nor should there really be. They can only say “ahead of schedule” so many times…

I wouldn’t be suprised if RG3 had an Adrian Petterson esq. return this year.

Yeah I would never underestimate that dude his speed is insane he is a really talented guy and a genetic freak. Russel wilson was impressive as well. Suggs is a beast yeah I guess their defense still is really good, I just thought reed and lewis would leave them a bit lost in terms of leadership.

Haha, nice.

Read today that he ended up smashing his cell phone and home security system and hired a bunch of house cleaners on Monday for his house. Talk about some shady activity.

Hilarious that thread regulars can absolutely confirm this.

I definitely remembered him talking about bringing a wrench in for the last game…
Well, After seeing where the seats are I don’t really blame him, lol. Those where killer seats. Sort of a bitch for a far endzone scoring play, but pretty good none the less.
Yeah, the far end zone scores aren’t that easy to see sometimes, especially on running plays within five yards of the goal line. But as you can see in that photo, a lot of the seats in that stadium don’t have a view of the screen, whereas mine look almost directly at it. Which is nice because it’s such a shitty screen that on sunny days, with certain angles of the sun you can’t see it that well even if it’s right in front of you.

And I was actually planning on bringing in the wrench/ratchet for the last several games, so I could slowly undo it. I even started looking for non-metallic ratchets after the Boston Marathon bombing. They already wave this wand over you as it is, but I was planning on just stuffing it down my briefs while wearing a metal belt buckle so I could just blame the belt if the detector went off. But after the marathon, I assumed that even that much precaution wouldn’t work. Now, I don’t have to worry about shit!

Ya I mean it’s hard to say. It could go either way.

haha, Oh god that would have made the best headline ever: 49er fan detained and beaten by over zealous security in plot to… take home stadium seats.

What was your plan on getting the seat out of the stadium and to the car? Just say “fuck it” and walk out with it, head held high?

If he wears the outfit in his avatar they won’t even notice the chair. Then again it is San Francisco…

Speaking of 49r’s. Well done young man. Remember Glenn Coffee?

The last game will be a victorious NFC Championship Game, which means it’ll be in the middle of January. Although it was pretty warm last january, it typically gets cold as shit in SF that time of year, especially where Candlestick is situated. It’s also one of the rainiest months of the year.

So I figured I would wear this huge parka with a size 44 belt in my pocket and just use the belt to strap the seat around my waist with the seat backing along the back of my waist and the seat itself in the front. The parka would cover everything up nicely. I figured that with the parka somewhat covering things up and the general pandemonium that will ensue once the game is over I would have no problem getting out unnoticed. If I was able to get the metal part of the seat that’s bolted into the cement out as well I was going to have someone with me to get that part out in a similar manner. It would literally just look like two random pieces of metal. And I have an aisle seat, so I’d get one that has the row # on one side of it too. I assume those will be worth a little more than the ones that just come out of the middle of some random row.

Only a 49er or someone who grew up a 49ers fan (Pat Tillman) is worthy of a jump from the NFL to the Special Forces. The Crimson and Gold pisses so much excellence that anyone who gets hit by the stream can’t help but go on to excellence themselves.

Well there you have it. Not as lucky as Lewis was I suppose.

what a moron in every possible way. If you are gonna murder someone 1) you don’t record yourself getting ready, 2) you certainly don’t talk about how that person upset you on camera right before you do it, 3) you don’t try and hyper-cover everything in an effort to cover yourself up (house cleaning, destroyed surveillance/cell phone), 4) you don’t leave the body nearby

Duh… Murder 101. I thought they taught this shit in high school…

No kidding, why he didn’t hire a professional I’ll never know.

I wonder if the Patriots would have released Tom Brady if he was charged and arrested with murder.

Probably.
I see that move by the organization as very telling.
They knew what was coming down the pipe for him and wanted to distance themselves ASAP.

I wonder how this correlates to the idea of innocent before proven guilty and guilty within the court of public opinion. While it looks really bad for Hernandez and he probably did commit some vile acts I’m not sure if this sets a very good precedent. Perseonally I think it would be much different if a Player was considered irreplaceable (like Brady)…the official comment would not have been “it was the right thing to do” it would be more of the ilk “let the legal process work itself out.” While Hernandez is/was a good player he is for intents and purposes replaceable, Brady or a guy like Ray lewis isnt as easily replaceable.

I dont know seems like the police took their time and Hernandez is fucked. Pats head of safety was said to be “in the know” with the police and so they know he is fucked.

Guess he didn’t have any tight bro’s like Rae Carruth …

They at least whisked him away to a neighboring state in an attempt to escape the inevitable … Albeit locked in a trunk with bottles of his own urine
