You’ve got the Super Bowl in the bag so what more do you want?
The NFL should just skip the playoffs and let Denver and Seattle play SB already

Finally a voice of reason!

Though I’m still bent that the Super Bowl never falls on my birthday anymore so I MIGHT not level headed about it.

Who wants to talk about a crappy team full of cheaters who isn’t even playing? ;)
I know in SF people generally reserve the term “cheaters” for hard nosed, tough players who play the game the way it was meant to be played. So I agree, Seattle is full of those players.

See you in a few weeks.
I was talking more about drug and PED users as well as guys who commit penalties on almost every play but I guess either one definition works

Oh man, a Seattle and SF NFC Championship game would be nuts!

So nobody believes in a dark horse?

How many times has 1 or 2 gone to the SB in the past 10 years?

I actually don’t think Denver or Seattle will make it. Tough to pick against Seattle at home though

I really don’t think Denver is making the SB, not with that defense, not without Von Miller. It’s sad because I like Peyton and it will inevitably fall onto him that they fall short, but they’ll probably lose a playoff game like 31-35 or something, and he’ll throw a bad INT trying to force things knowing he has to score nearly every possession or lose.

I do think SEA is making it though, dark horse lover or not.

If by “dark horse” you mean “peaking at the the right time” I do very much believe in dark horses. It seems like Seattle is starting to fade a tiny bit and there are a couple of teams, including SF, that seem to be starting to hit on all cylinders. However, I don’t see any teams that have decisively come into form like the Giants did a few years ago. That’s why I’m sticking with the favorites with my picks. It would be so great though if the Niners could take out the Seahawks because I think they’d tear apart anything the AFC has to offer.

I wouldn’t forget about Carolina

The loss of von miller is not as big as some people thiNK, IMO.

I mean the defense is bad with or without him, but he is their best playmaker for what it’s worth(stopping a team on a drive here and there to give the offense some room for error).

Does anyone think GB can beat SF? And if so that they can make a run.

Well sure they can. Anybody can beat anybody on a given day. Surely SF is favored and if money was on the line I wouldn’t bet against them, but GB has a chance.

I think it’s far from a forgone conclusion. Carolina is really good. KC has a legit shot, though not favored. SF can go on a tear. Hopefully the Saint’s choke and go out immediately. This is the time of year NE plays it’s best, but I am not counting on that roster to much. A lot of things can happen between now and Feb. It’s going to be fun to watch.

I didn’t think people would own up to busting my nuts, only to have egg on their face…

This.

I’m a lifelong 49ers fan but their lack of continuity in the receiving corps may really end up hurting them. Hopefully they can pick things up and get on a roll but who knows. If Rodgers (gay or not  was still out then I would say SF had this game in the bag but with him back I would say it’s 60/40 Niners. Maybe 55/45.

If Kap can just quit holding back on using his legs then I think the 49ers could really get things rolling but ever since the superbowl last season it seems pretty obvious that he wants to show he’s not just a runner and doesn’t take off soon enough. I hope he can get back to that.

I don’t think I busted your nuts at all but I was surprised that the jets finished 8 and 8.

They seemed like a sub 500 team to me but I didn’t expect them to be terrible. Hopefully Geno Smith can develop this offseason and give them a legit shot at the division next year.

Kap has killed GB with his legs I would think they use a heavy dose of that Sun.

Natty and SF at Superbowl. I was singing Broncos all year but the D is atrocious. Could be Seattle and Denver as alternate. We shall see.

I hope so man. I hope so.

I am really excited for this game. GB vs SF playoff games remind me of when I was a little kid.

No, it wasn’t you. Shit I don’t even remember who it was, lol. I just want to rub some noses in shit, you know?

I knew they would have an above average D, which can win you 4-6 games on its own. So all they had to do was scrape together a couple fly by your pants wins in a weak division to finish 500…
