It’s so weird. The media would not shut up about Cam Newtons all last year and then RGIII for the beginning of this season when it’s been Luck who has put up the better stats and more wins. He’s thrown for 300+ yards yards in half his games! He’s already tied the record for most 300+ yard games for a rookie and the season is only half way done… But I’m just not seeing the media hoopla over him like we did with those other two or the ad spots on TV.

LOL. In a weird way it kind of is… They didn’t really hype up Dalton last year when he threw for 3,400 yards, 20 TD’s, went 9-7 and made the playoffs! It’s probably cause he’s a pasty ginger though?
I mean the guy is on pace to throw for 4,500+ yards, 19+TD’s and rush for 6+more TD’s but is getting no love cause he kind of looks like a mongoloid.

I’ve kind of grown accustomed to it this year believe it or not. Pittsburgh does have the #1 pass defense but they probably have the most PI calls against them.

This is probably a good thing for Luck, he can concentrate on playing the game instead of dealing with the media. Plus Washington is probably a bigger market than Indy.

Scam newton won a national title, and acts like a bitch all the time. Then RG3 is in a million commercials. They attract more attention than Luck does.

As of 2 games ago, RG3 had better stats as far as QB rating and comp % actually leading the league. The past 2 games (esp Steelers game) the drop passes have killed his % would be 74% as of last game. And he’s more electrifying redefining the role of QB.
that said, up to today Luck is outperforming him, which I’m not sure how much that is the team each is playing for or themselves.

I’m going to say shurmer. They have talent, and a new owner; who i hope is able to put the right ppl in place. holmgrem was just collecting a check, and hiring ppl is agent suggested. Now that he’s gone, and Joe Banner is running things it should get better.
Like most years tho, i dont even care about the loses anymore, i’d rather have the higher draft pick. I dont think there are any Luck/RG3 type players coming this year tho
