Yeah, murder some dogs and spend some time in prison.

Vick hasn’t done shit in the NFL.

Wasn’t he the MVP before prison?

No he’s never been MVP but if we’re talking football (like we should, shame on you Beans for bringing his repentant past AGAIN), he’s the all-time leading QB rusher (he has run for over 5000 yards, as a QUARTERBACK).

awesome QB… this is why I will say again, (way early I know), but RGIII looks like a glimpse of Vick for running, but is a better QB (or rather will be, given time)… this is coming from someone who had serious doubts about him seeing as the Redskins usually make bonehead draft picks.

sadly this year, it’s like the offense and D flipped as far as talent levels

And how many SB and Playoff wins?

Everyone loves to dump on Romo for this so right back at you, what has Vick done besides run for his life? He can barely read a secondary.

I could of swore he won it.

Wouldn’t you rather have a QB that can throw the ball? Brady vs Vick or Brees vs Vick…not a hard choice. Just my opinion though. I think Brett Favre is top 3 QBs of all time so…there’s that.

Favre top 3? maybe in INT’s, oh wait he’s #1

Montana, Unitas, Brady, Manning, Favre may not even be top 3 of our generation

This.

He can’t stay healthy and hasn’t won a damn thing of substance in the league.

And yes, the fact he murdered dogs by slamming them into the ground over and over again will be brought up if you try and use him as an example of greatness. I mean outside the fact he hasn’t done a damn thing as QB of a team other than win some regular season games and run the ball…

There’s not a better football game to watch than one where the Eagles beat the Giants.

Fly Eagles.

hmm, not sure if my reply went through.

While Vick may have an edge in the running dept, RG’s ability to read the D (especially never having a playbook in HS or college and so early on), not turn the ball over may already be ahead of Vick

Plus he is taller, smarter and faster (at RG III’s age compared to now Vicks age) and has a better arm.

I disagree, but is so subjective I’m not going to argue.

But gowd dang can #7 sling it. Jesus. On the run just zippin it. Pretty fun to watch. McCoy was running on a different planet with less gravity or some shit last night too. To have that whole contest come down to a field goal at the end of the game goes to show how tight the NFC east might be toward the end of the season.

Question though: the last offensive PI call, couldn’t that have been defensive as well, thus re-play the down?

I mean 13 was getting bear hugged in reverse before he took the DB’s head off.

Yeah you’re right, 13 was getting mauled, but those two were up each others’ ass the whole series. Why #10 was throwing at him is beyond me.

Oh but wait, it isn’t beyond me.

Asomugha nearly had his peeper popped out in the first half, almost had to go to the hospital at half time. Manned up and came back in the game during the 4th quarter. NY’s coordinators must’ve assumed that he was out on the field at far less that 100% and told Eli to keep throwing at him.

Asomugha proved that even with one good eye he can still manhandle if need be. He’s a stud.

Really there is no reason why Eli didn’t get them in safer field position for the winning field goal other than him trying to work the ball to a (supposed) weakness in the secondary.

I fucking hate everything about ESPN and the New York Jets.

The Niners are the consensus best team in football after two weeks, they go out and lay a huge fucking ostrich egg and then smear the yolk all over their naked bodies for all to see on national television, everyone starts in with the whispers of doubt, they respond by beating the absolute tar out of the Jets, and all anyone on ESPN can talk about is Tebow, Sanchez and the sad state of the Jets.

I mean, this was the statement game of all statement games, or at least the biggest statement a team can make this early in the season, and ESPN can’t stop shoving Tebow’s cock in their mouths while they gently fondly Sanchez’s balls with one hand and finger Rex Ryan’s fat asshole with the other. It’s degrading to watch them devote such attention to a franchise that is, right now, one of the biggest jokes in professional sports and is comprised mostly of a bunch of low-class, low-rent jerks and prima donnas, all of whom are being cheered on by bunch of wet-brained alcoholics and child molesters.

Shit, I think some other sports outlet should start covering ESPN’s bizarre love triangle as if THAT is the real story. They could have certain segments of their daily highlight show devoted strictly to covering ESPN’s coverage of the Jets and Tebow and Sanchez and Ryan. Forget about covering their actual games; they should just stick to doing highlights of Skip Bayless’ and Stephen A. Smith’s daily bukakke sessions with each other and cover the amount of times Tebow’s name is mentioned as if they’re covering a single-season home run record chase or something. Hell, they could just start creating different statistics just to watch the “race” on ESPN, like who has the best percentage of name-drops to team wins during NFL Live, kind of like covering a batting title race.

On January 1, 2003, Vick led the Atlanta Falcons to an upset victory over the heavily favored Green Bay 27â??7 in the NFC playoffs, ending the Packers’ undefeated playoff record at Lambeau Field

How many Playoff Wins does Romo have again? That was Vick’s Second year with a team of players people could hardly remember.

Dropped passes, and dumb ass O line penalties aren’t good reasons?

Forced passes, and O line mistakes because the QB was sweating the clock.

I think Eli is great, but his two minute drill last night was not.

He put the team on his shoulders with a buck forty-sometihng left and it seemed like it was a done deal. The offense didn’t get it done, which is rare, but it happens.

Being a jet fan I can assure you that I am neither a wet brained alcoholic or a child molester. Though in a former profession of mine I have dealt with many people who have had those sad traits, one of whom was a die hard niner fan.

While your favorite team absolutely embarrassed my team yesterday…in no way should you hang your hat on this victory. Do not let the over exposure fool you, ESPNs cock suckery of the Jets does not hide the fact that the Jets may have some of the worst talent at the skill positions in all of the NFL. What I found most disheartening about the game besides the score, was not on the field per Se, it was the way the Jets coaching staff was so severely out-coached by its niner counterparts. My Jets got tebowed by Colin Capernick!

When you play against players such as Jeff Cumberland, Chaz Schillens, Shonn Greene, Bilal Powell, Derrick Epps (who has since been cut) and Jeremy Kerley…you take this as a victory that you had no business losing and move on…I do believe the road to the super bowl goes through San Fran in the nfc, but they will have other chances to prove their worth against a more worthy opponent…and who knows maybe ESPN will start sucking a big fat Red and Gold cock.
