Yea and during a contract year with Brees.

That team is fucked for the year.
good. serves them right.
Rams have no D-Coordinator for the season either, possibly more(Goddell is going to review his status at the end of 2012).
Yep and can the Rams fire his ass and go find another?

Yep I mean Fisher is the HC so he can run the D, but with the indefinitely suspension I say they have not choice to fire him

What’s so harsh about it? The NFL found out two years ago that Williams and Payton were fostering an environment in which players were paid to injure their opponents and told them, without equivocation, to knock that shit off. The Saints said they’d knock it off and they continued right on doing what they were doing. Not only have these two jerks been suspended for encouraging their players to injure opponents, they’ve been suspended for outright lying to the Commissioner and doing it anyways.

Personally, I don’t think Williams belongs in the NFL at all anymore.

^ Agreed, I always see Williams in my head from a clip during the SB year with him sitting up in the stands talking about his defense. He just comes off as an arrogant prick and with something like this it just confirms it.

I didn’t know about the lying part(I admittedly stopped following the story pretty quickly after it originally broke), I rescind the notion that this punishment is too harsh, that’s really shady behavior to be coming from coaches.

LOL!
A whole year, Wow! This is good news for me. Anything that weakens the Saint’s helps the Falcon’s chances.

What did you have done? I still have complications from mine.
Micro discectomy @ L5-S1 with a partial lamenotomy to relieve a herniated disc

30 days no bending, lifting or twitsting

You will heal my friend, be patient. DO NOT let them talk you into a fusion if you ever get another injury.
What happened to me would be the case no matter what. He had to cut through my rather large lumbar muscle and I wonder if he didn’t pulverize it trying to get through. He said it was really tough.
I am a PA, Pat, I have had a 3 disc herniation in my Lumbar from squating back when I was 30, they wanted to do a 3 level fusion on me. I have friends that are ortho Dr’s and I have been in the medical field for 20 years.

I always tell my patients you do not go for the fusion unless you are in intractable pain and are shitting and pissing yourself.
I was told so many things it would blind you. I saw tons of Dr’s. The problem with my discs is they were pancake flat. I actually lost half an inch in height. I had several issues though, the flat discs and stenoses, and bone spurs. I had one dr want to do just the lamenectomy “just to see”, I really wanted my back opened one time and the consensus was from all the dr’s was that eventually, no matter what I did now, a fusion was going to have to be done. Discectomy was not an option as they were completely shot.
Like I said, I saw many, many drs. I did not come by my decision easily.
The surgeon said I would be able to do what ever once I healed, but I got this damn edema. That’t the part causing me the issues. The boney parts are fine. It’s the damage to the soft tissue that’s making me miserable. I think he dropped his keys in there or something.
Anyway, got another MRI tomorrow.

Yeah, I am not feelin’ the whole NY and Tebow thing…

^ sucks Pat, how old are you?

I think that sucks more for Tebow than it does for anyone else. Talk about taking a step back: from starter in the playoffs to 2nd stringer in a completely dysfunctional team. Maybe Jets picked him up so they can parlay him in a trade come the draft? Is that possible?

I dont know Nate, that just does not sound plausible.

You pumped about RG3?

Saint Fans.

Wait where the fuck is the coach?

Warren Sapp exposes Shockey as the Snitch. This is the most insane offseason ever.
