Ah yes good ole early-April optimism, gotta love it…[/quote]
After the Giants you know the SB champs and maybe Packers.

I is be fapping at that.
I’ve been out of the loop for a while and maybe have missed some discussion, but how the hell has Ryan Tannehill been shooting up the draft boards? When I first saw him showing up in the first round of mock drafts, I was shocked, but now some have him going in the top ten or even top five picks.
Maybe I’m a poor evaluator of talent, but I see Tannehill as a second day pick. The way so many players slide up and down draft boards for seemingly arbitrary reasons baffles me.
Also, since I haven’t been on the boards for the past few weeks: FUCK YEAH BRONCOS!!!
^ NFL landscape of today, every year QB’s get driven up draft boards. He will end up going to Miami and they will continue to suck donkey balls until they get it right.

True. Last year 4 QBs went in the first 12 picks, but I had no idea how Locker, Gabbert, and Ponder were worthy of any place in the first round.

Exactly its sucks but everyone is desperate in the NFL now, you used to get 5 years to turn a team around and develop a QB. Now you have 3 max.
gotta love blind optimism…
Dolphins Superbowl champs!!!
(sigh at least i have the Miami Heat…)

Sorry Vinnie you know I am telling the truth, your owner is more interested in Celebrity ass instead of letting the football guys run the team. Plus your GM is a dumbass.
im holding out hope for philbin… hopefully the backlash from fans was a wake up call for the organization. Versus others in the FA period the phins were relatively quiet and although i think ireland is a dick he’s done a decent job IMO as far as drafting goes(assuming the last couple drafts he had a hand in and it wasn’t all parcels)…
im holding onto making a big impression on the draft… and whether or not we take tannehill will depend on sherman…
Unless you’re the Browns…
“I mean, I think I’m the best. I don’t think I’m top five, I think I’m the best (QB)”
Tannehill looks alright but I wouldn’t take him anywhere near 8. I think there’s a few other QB’s in the draft who could well too, Kirk Cousins and Kellen Moore.
The problem is we have been starved of decent QB play for so long we need to feel like we are doing something about it, not sure taking Tannehill at 8 is going to help.
The other thing is we’re going WCO this year, how about chucking Pat Devlin in there and seeing what we have? Worst case scenario we get a pop at Barkley next year.

Not that it’s a done deal prediction, but prevailing sentiment in the media is that the Walrus is gone if they have another terrible season, which would perfectly illustrate DJ’s point(that you don’t get time to build your team, if you have a few bad seasons coaches, gms, etc, get fired, and the team starts all over).

i don’t want the phins to take tannehill… i think he has the physcial ability but doesn’t have the consistency… i wouldn’t mind cousins or weeden though… cousins has the consistency but lacks the arm strength seen in upper echelon qb’s… weeden has the consistency but there’s some linger injury issues as well as his age… i think weeden and cousins would be ready before tannehill though… but if we take tannehill i hope sherman has the inside line on this kid…
i’ve always said i liek moore and his body of work but since we’re going WCO we’ll see how he does… he played in a pretty conservative sparano-esque offense last year…

Cousins may be serviceable but Kellen Moore is not going to make it in the NFL. Dude is WAY to small, he is not Doug Flutie and I honestly dont know if Flutie could survive in todays NFL.
thoughts on osweiler imma go ahead and say he doesn’t make it into a starting line up maybe perennial bench warmer…
^ Dont know him honestly big fucker.
yea at 6’7 guys pretty tall… unfortunately track record for tall qb’s in the nfl have been bad
