^^ Plenty in this thread are beyond ready to annoint Kaepernick but let’s do recall his MOST RECENT road start in a loud, hostile environment like today’s is sure to be:
Week 16: SEA 42 SF 13

I guess you forgot about the road wins he engineered in NE and in NO (when New Orleans was still playing really well).
Who cares about past 49er and Atlanta games. We beat NO, you beat Seattle, we beat NE, you beat NYG. That stuff don’t matter now. And since we’re all fans on this board and don’t play,I’ll talk shit, 49ers 35-20 and it won’t be that close. Our physical 49ers O line will wear down Atlanta’s small D line. Goldson will KO someone going across the middle. It should be a fun game.
49ers by murder, death, kill!

Nice man. Should be a crazy atmosphere there today. You guys are already off to a good start. The passing game is looking good.

On a related note:
Be prepred for the entire SF 49ers team to be called in for questioning Sunday evening regarding the public raping of the Atlanta Falcons.[/quote]
So far the SF lawyers will have a pretty easy time defending the public raping charges.
Oh well, there’s always the 2nd half. My team just has to kidnap Julio and Ryan. lol
I hope my team doesn’t turn out to be like McNabb’s Eagles.
There you have it. SF to the Superbowl.

Damn DB, you’ve been CUUUUUUUUMMMMMMIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGG!!! since Posey hit that grand slam in the playoffs. lol
Kap has ice in his veins. 17pts down on the road, and still calm.
Careful, DB, autoerotic asphyxiation might not be the worst way to go, but its one of the least dignified.
Harbaugh Bowl… OK I know we’ve all joked at the possibility but I didn’t think it’d ever actually happen.

I’m shooting blanks right now, kinda like Matt Ryan in the second half.
I’ll tell you one thing though. If a football game was just the first two quarters instead of four quarters Matt Ryan is my fucking man to play QB. Too bad they play four in the NFL. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
very impressive displays of mental toughness/resilience by both conference champions today, no question the better teams advanced
Can someone fill me in on the Niner game? I was skiing 1st half and I could only catch updated on the radio during the 2nd half. Specifically, how did Atlanta lose the ball when they were in field goal range on their 2nd to last drive and why the heck didn’t the kick a field goal at the very end to tie it and go to overtime?
Please let the 49ers win the Superbowl and not gobshite ray lewis and terrell fuckhead suggs.

The final score was 28-24 so a field goal would have only meant losing by 1 pt instead of 4, unless I am missing something else that you saw in the game.
