NFL 2011 Season Starts Now

Alright guys, if you havent noticed, most analysts have been making their NFL predictions this week. If you care to give your prediction, go for it.

For Playoffs- AFC- Patriots, Jets, Steelers, Chargers, Texans, Ravens

NFC- Packers, Falcons, Eagles, Rams, Saints, Lions

SuperBowl- Packers over Jets. Take as you will

I like your playoff picks, but I’ll take the Falcons over the Chargers in the Super Bowl. Atlanta is my adopted team this year (as I am endorsing the “Suck for Luck” campaign in San Francisco).

Matty Ice, Turner, Roddy, Julio, Douglas, Gonzalez… That’s an offensive arsenal right there.

Looks good to me. Only a key injury would change that list.

As far as Ravens go though I think Flacco is getting blamed for last years woes a little to much. Yes he’s fucks up when it comes to Pittsburgh but Boldin dropped a sure TD pass last year and TJH dropped another at the end of that playoff game as well. None of the talking heads bring up the Boldin drop and it was right in his chest just inside the endzone from about ten yards out.

I also read somewhere that Matt Ryan had the lowest pass/attempt yards last year. Which seems weird because it seemed every week White was running down the sidelines for a long TD in the hi-lights.

Actually I had Atlanta picked before I settled with GB and its still close. The Chargers are so damn iffy. They have fantastic talent.

I really hope Charles can live up to the hype. I would love to see him go nuts this season.

Is Bowe a fluke or does he have it?

Ha. No at first I was against picking them for that reason and went with Atlanta. But Green Bay benefited more than probably anyone from the lockout. They also hardly lost anyone of great importance(except Cullen Jenkins) and have all their starters back.

I have very little faith in Dwayne Bowe, he’ll do great against the likes of Buffalo or Arizona, but on the big day against big teams he is non existent or dropping easy balls. The only thing I will say though is he has very little help.

Amazing

Great video.

Couldn’t find much info on the player in it though. Giovanni Ruffin. He didn’t put up any stats yesterday for ECU. Anybody know his deal?

The guy’s name is Giavanni Ruffin. Played in 2010, can’t seem to find his current status (after a 1 minute Google search).

David Garrard got cut today. I didn’t know he was doing that bad, but then again, who pays attention to the Jags.

Pressure is all on the Texans. This is their best chance to win the division.

^ Holly shit. Del Rio pulls a Leftwich. Dude has some balls, so he is going to go all in with Gabbert.

I heard there gonna start Luke fucking Mcnown

^ Yep carry this over from your log.

Article was saying how this was a move to prevent media and fans yelling to bench Garrad for the rookie if he fucked up. Basically throwing the season to be ready for the future, so what is the over/under for when Gabbart takes over?
