Giants looking tough

Excellent game.
Interesting final strategy.
Patriots had a chance at the end, dropped some critical balls on the last drive. Good game though.
Tom Coughlin - Hall of Fame bound
Eli Manning - Already the best QB in NY History
Tom Brady - At 35, does he make it there again???

I’m still on the fence as to whether Bradshaw intended to go down, but that because he was met with no resistance his momentum spun him around, or if he backed in intentionally. The more I watch it the more it looks like he just planted on his ass.
I reckon Peyton ends up in Miami (Fingers crossed…)

If he gets a defense than yes Matty he will.
As for letting NY score:
Denver did this against Green Bay in '98, but if memory serves Denver had more time on the clock than 57 seconds and ended up with a scoring drive that sealed Elway in the books as one of the greatest.
For me, not being a big fan of either team, it was kind of a lackluster game. Lackluster Super Bowl means I drink too much, which I did.
Hurtin’ today, lol.

Same here, but I am dieting so I didnt eat or consume Alcohol during the game.
Dip of skoal and Coke Zero.
Good Lord, lackluster?
I loved it. 2 great teams fought, the better team won.
You’re a better man than me.
We had tri-tip, hot links, chili beans, mac-n-cheese, chips and salsa, garlic bread, and copious amounts of beer.
Oh there was a veggie tray in there somewhere too.
New years resolutions and diet plans begin on 1 jan, but don’t really take effect until the Monday after the Super Bowl.

My comment was about the two teams.
Being the last game for the next 6 months I thought it was entertaining.
Brad I am doing this gym BF % loss contest, I got 3rd last time by .02% BF. I plan to win this time.

I will give this to the game. Pats secondary stepped up and started sticking people. Some big hits happened where I went “oooohhhhh damn!”
I also had a house full of people (9 adults, 4 kids), half of them women who were stoked on commercials and the Madonna halftime so it was difficult to stay focused on the game entirely.

I was a sports bar with some friends, so we couldnt change the channel during the halftime show. It made me want to gouge my eyes out.

During halftime I went and got my bag and clothes ready for the gym, moved my car into the garage. Filled up my bubba keg of Coke Zero and posted on TNation

Yeah I went outside with a buddy and had a cigar.

Does it bother anybody else that Eli has more rings than Peyton now?

Only Peyton.
Peyton never ever had a defense like Eli does, people just under value what that means to a QB. A running game and Defense can give a Super Bowl ring to Trent Dilfer.
