VY needs a swift ass kicking for being such a douche and to pair up with Ron Artests therapist
He just needs to grow up. He hasn’t done anything worse that a lot of these other cats in the league. A little direction, maturing, discipline, & a dominant male figure in his life will help him. He’s got the tools to be a good qb in the league.

Maybe you were called racist because of your Hitler looking mustache…

Though I don’t see any racism in either DJ’s or my posts.

Hypothetical question…

Were you the GM of Carolina - What would you do?

Pick a defensive player to build around. Cause with the schedule and that conference Carolina will pick first again next year and then draft Luck.

What are the odds that by the time Luck is analyzed and dissected to death he won’t look any more promising than any of the other QBs on the board?

Nope dude is like fucking Ryan or Manning, there will not be quality talent. Only thing that will drop him is medical if he gets hurt this year.

I still think every I do mean every QB in this draft are going to be busts and back-ups.

I heard a guy call this morning with that suggestion. ON the field both have the same skill sets, off the field both have questionable issues. Both are not going to be eligible for a rhodes scholarship, you know what I mean.
woah woah woah! Didnt I say pretty much exactly this a few pages ago and was called a racist for it? hahahaha
I never said anything about being black and for the record there was the kid from last year at Florida state that was a rhodes scholar and was black.
I never said anything about him being black in my post either. I just compared Cam to VY and Russell.

you’re talking about Rolle? yeah he was a smart kid and a pretty decent safety at FSU.

carolina- i think theyll take newton, i hope they dont. I am not a carolina fan but thats a stupid pick they NEED a sure thing. I would go with either peterson or green. I dont think either of the DT’s deserve that spot and there will be plenty of inside lineman on the board later in the draft. getting someone like peterson or green could really bode well for this team. they are as close to a sure thing as youre going to get, they both seem to be good character guys, which will help bring more fans to the stadium.

It’s funny but when the lockout started and people were saying it would take away from the enthusiasm for the draft I was like no way - who cares about the lockout - it doesn’t mean shit right now - etc. And somehow I have no enthusiasm and barely even the slightest clue of who is going to get picked where other than the few top rated prospects. I guess my Knicks finally being relevant again has contributed to this somewhat but I’m still surprised. I think the new, totally lame format has contributed to the lack of juice I’m feeling too. Really, Thursday night, draft night? So lame.

Trade the fuck down if anyone would take the piece of shit first pick. Actually develop a quaterback(ever heard of aaron rodgers) and just draft a bunch of young ball players and COACH them up.

IMO a stud DT is way better pick then a QB at the first spot. Newton is a bad pick. He disappeared in the championship game and every team in the NFL and every game is tougher than that game. He will get fucked up just like VY. Mobile QB’s just dont last and I havent seen any win a superbowl except Rodgers and hes also the best passer in the league.

I have brought this up many times, fucking ratings man fucking ratings. They want prime time to get the casual fan and soccer moms to watch. I was die hard Saturday all day and Sunday all day with BBQ and drinking for the draft. Now what the fuck can I do on a Thursday night, I have to get up at 4 Friday to workout and go to work.

BUT I still will watch every fucking minute of the draft. It is my crack in the off season.

Wilba what will the Giants do? To me they need to protect the franchize QB, that Oline is getting old and beat up. Center or guard?

guess who has friday off, do it just guess guys???

THIS GUY.

which means i will be drinking beer and BBQ thursday for the draft, hopefully i find a friend who isnt busy friday to join in the festivities.

still sucks though.

Congrats, now everybody else will have to work and you will be alone. Okay that was mean I am just Jelly. Just dont become sloppy until after the draft. Who is going to start the Draft thread? We need to decide so we dont end up with three.

Me too, all day both days. Much to the wife’s dismay.

I don’t get up until 5 but yeah, squats are going to suck Friday morning.

I think they will address the O-Line but most likely not until round 2. Unless of course a stud falls to them. They go best available 95% of the time in round 1. If there is someone at a position of need they think is the second best or third best remaining they’ll go for it as long as the grade between 1st, 2nd and 3rd best available is pretty close.

nope i got the box on saturday and sunday medic school mon, wed, thurs, and clinicals tues, thurs. sucks big time but itll pay off in the end. not to derail this awesome thread, but we just learned 12 leads and the guy who taught the class sucked, a lot. any tips or do you know and good websites that could explain it some more. all he really covered was how to spot a STEMI, which is big and our school/hospital pushes it since were the only hospital in the state with a 24 hr stemi lab, but i still need to be able to read the rest of the 12 lead haha.

Honestly I think there is a 12 lead EKG/ECG for dummies, I remember getting it for my wife back in the day. Also it takes time and repetition, I could put an 12 lead in front of two cardiologists and they will disagree. Start with the basics honestly do not get caught up in the higher end stuff. Take ACLS and just finding someone who can teach you personally always helps. You can always PM me you know that.
