Pshh as if thats a bad thing. hahahaa Irvin is a trip. Dj have you read “Boys Will be Boys”? Its a great read and talks a lot about the partying and what not, pretty nuts
Nope when I read books I tend to stick to fantasy and fiction. Only non-fiction I have read lately is “take your eyes of the ball” by Pat Kirwin. I listen to him every day and love his show.

How about the kid who got the most reps on bench this year? I got to look up more DL interior guys. I have been slacking and listening to the media hype.
whoa whoa whoa DJ, if i remember correctly you were ragging on paea earlier in this thread when i said he was possibly a late first early second round pick, and you were all no way that guy sucks!!! yano something like that haha.

as far as if you guys are looking for a NT, i say you snag jerrelle powe the kid from ole miss, real late in the draft. hell hang around for sure, hell i dont even know if he will get drafted. But i think he wouldnt be a bad person to groom under ratliff. hes just real big and had some solid production in college. the boys wont spend a high pick on a NT, now replacing igor is obviously going to happen, with all the watt talk and the like, but they seem to be real high on ratliff so i dont see mony going to a NT early.
hahahahahaha I was thinking quickly and he was the only one to come to mind, plus I was hoping you would catch that.

We putting some type of bet on this? Avi change? Head shaving? Jersey and wear buy?

Now the biggest thing is what will curly locks do? Does Ryan like the big run stuffers up the middle?

hahahhahaha im down for an avi change granted noone really knows me here except for you guys in this NFL thread i only “speak” occassionally in other threads.

head shaving is out due to school and work and the fact that i will look like a clown and i dont think my teacher would appreciate it during clinicals if i looked like i lost a bet. jerseys id be game for but i also cant do that due to being in school and paying bills so no money lol. although i do have an old school emmitt smith jersey, got it a a garage sale couldnt pass it up.

so whats the bet here big guy? count me in for an avi change lol.

^Good point, I dont know shit about Ryan, just a lot about his brother.

Have to look at his last couple of stops, had Rogers in Cleveland and not sure about the Raiders. I dont know if he has been in a place to actually draft what he wants to run.

hahahah fair enough ill respect it out of fear for you life!!

what are the numbers here you say hes drafted after 2nd or 3rd? and i say anything earlier. im assuming youre gonna wanna say after 2nd and im cool with that if thats the case.

Lets split the difference I actually said 3rd round or later we can start in the middle of third?

whatever works because i did say first two rounds also i believe, ill take either. im a fair betting man. you make the call in your next post and it will be permanent.

Well shit, I missed some good stuff today.

The Dolphins draft issue is really weird to me. It seems, on paper, like they’re a much better team than they play. It’s not likely, but I almost feel like if Julio Jones or AJ Green is available they’d pretty dumb not to pick him up. Give Henne another big weapon.

Serious question, knowing about all the Packers’ injury issues last year, and how many MORE players they’re going to have back next year… what do you think they ought to go for? There’s no huge names left at that point, but it’s kind of tricky. Tramon has come into his own. If Jimmy Smith form CU is still available, that’d be nice. Chuck W. is getting old now.

I also look at that O-line… Clifton and Tauscher are definitely getting up there.

for the packers i would definitely take an OL if someone were available to groom to take over one of the tackle spots when clifton goes. can bubba play LT? i think he can so maybe look for a RT.

maybe another outside passrusher to put with matthews.

otherwise take the best player on the board no matter what position. for instance people are saying if the dolphins dont take ingram he may fall, thats an obvious pick i think. but i also do not think he will fall that far.

MattyXL definitely still owes me an avatar change for the bet I won last year.

No wonder he hasn’t been showing his face around here…

Motherfucker! lol. What did you pick out?

Niners better make up their minds about trading for Palmer, rumours are the Dolphins are interested.

They can’t do anything untill this you know what is resolved anyways right?

^ Yep nobody is going anywhere till shit gets resolved.

Ha I’m glad you stuck to the rules of not mentioning it by name!

I’d be fine if the 49ers picked up Palmer. I’ve also heard some rumors that we might trade for Josh Johnson (when possible) who was a stud under Harbaugh in college at USD. Johnson threw for something like 45 TDs and 1 INT his final year under Harbaugh.

How will trading current players during the draft work? As normal?

yano i actually really like johnson to the niners for the right price, but i was doing some reading yesterday and apparently johnson is gonna be a hot commodity hopefully that doesnt run up the price. if hes too much, i think palmers a good QB and would do well with that team. also someone is gonna give up a lot for kolb so thats probably out of the question as well.

I can see this at the 40th pick and JJ watts with #9 I will be a happy fucker.

A little something to enjoy while we wait for the draft.
