Harbaugh heading to 49ers
Jim Harbaugh will leave Stanford and take over as San Francisco’s head coach, Michael Lombardi reports.
^I guess right about now WC has sticky pants.
He is fapping to the ESPN and NFL.com sites like Kerly does to porn sites.
big day for WC.

It sucks to be a grown up lol, pop by when you can bud.

By weird you mean degenerate?, if so yeah lol.
FYI…new OT rules in effect for the playoffs.
I have the Colts over Jets. Colts run D improved at just the right time, just like the last time they won the SB. I would prefer the Jets to win for the guys here but the Colts score so many fucking points.
Looks like the chin might sit behind a mic for another year.

Beansie!!! Who you got this weekend number wise… Please don’t screw me un-lubed!
I hear a lot of prognosticators leaning towards the Jets. Not sure I like that.
Saints
Eagles
Ravens
Colts
Although I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Jets and Green Bay show up and win.
But I feel like manning wins at home. Ravens topple Cheifriots, Vick wins one before he loses, and the Seahawks couldn’t beat a playoff team
^ I think the Eagles vs Packers game is a push, I see the argument for both sides. I also just dont see the Colts keeping it up, I think they will come out flat. Hard to bet against Peyton though.

Giants were another team with everything in place this year, what do you all think happened? What changes in personel do you think they should make.
As far as needs go here’s what I think the Giants need to do. Resign Bradshaw, Deon Grant (old man made plays all year for us), Boss and Steve Smith (short small contract to see if he can come back from a serious knee injury, he’ll be pup to start the year). I like Cofield but he’ll get an offer they can’t and shouldn’t match so thanks for the work big guy and good luck in the afc. Kiwi we loved you buddy and you got screwed from day 1 with position changes but broken leg and fucked up neck = bye bye.
Needs are center - to bad Richie S got hurt in the last game, he would have fit nicely there for a few years. Another tackle or guard on the O line too. We need big, strong, young guys. I’m tired of not being able to convert 3rd or 4th and inches. Oline has been good but not straight ahead strong. OLB - we have zero talent/play making ability there. I think Goff is decent at MLB and would porbably look good if he had some talent around him. DT is another need. Canty blows. He’s batted a few passes and that’s about it in 2 years. We drafted a guy last year and need another big run stuffer in the worst way. A blocking TE and a FB are needed - mid/late picks. Also at least 2 players signed exclusively to cover kicks and punts. I’ll give up depth and projects at any spot to close this huge hole in our team. Some competition at CB would be nice too.
New special teams coordinator!! Enough is enough with this ass clown Quinn!!
All in all the team is in pretty good shape. A good draft and a couple of FA adds and we should be back in the mix again next year.
^ Nice assessment. Canty was not resigned in Dallas for a reason. He is good in a rotation but not a high output guy.

To The SB!

FUCK YES.
I’m ecstatic right now.
Heading out for the night, but yes, the 49ers just took their first step in the right direction.
Boom.
Seahawks shock N.O. today in come-from-behind victory.
Free agent Michael Vic watches game and develops an emotional bond with the much maligned underdogs who make an incredible comeback.
Vic signs with Seattle in the offseason.
You heard it here first.
^ Step away from the Bong. Vick will be resigned, go after Kolb if you want a chance. I predict that the Eagles draft Tyrod Taylor for Vick 2.0.
I just hope the Seahawks can keep it from being a blow out. It already looks like its getting out of control.
As for the night cap, I’m going to take Peyton and the Colts. The Jets have fizzled, their defense is falling apart, and they are extremely weak at the most important position on the field (see: Mark Sanchez).
Manning is going to have his scalpel out tonight and the Jets are going to be the cadaver.
I was serious about the Hawks beating the Saints, even though they are shitty, they played pretty well against them away during the season even though they lost, and its a lot harder to play against the Hawks at home. We shall see.
I was a little tonge-in-cheek about Vic, but I think there is at least a 10% chance the Hawks sign him in the off season. Stranger things have happened.

This game is amazing.

It has definitely been much better than I expected, all those babies can stop crying about a sub .500 team making it into the playoffs.
I think this is a classic case of athletes playing up to the level of their opponent, and also one where home field advantage was overlooked.

Good God,Hassleback throwing dragons! Brees throwing dragons! I severely underestimated the entertainment value of this game.
2 Very Important Questions:
-
Why isn’t it intentional grounding when the QB spikes/clocks the ball to stop the clock?
-
Is a QB’s headset/audio in his helmet left on during plays or only during the huddle? By this I mean can a head coach or offensive coordinator talk to their QB during a play? point out WR’s or call out a blindside pass rusher?
