well its about time the chargers started playing to their potential, but keep in mind this is with a beaten up colts team. either way i think chargers would’ve won last night even if the colts had all their starters.
The o-line of the colts are in shambles and there were a few no calls last night that pretty much let the chargers run away with it.
Hmmm wondering who the prognasticators will pick as the best team in the NFC this week…I guess its the Falcons, dont worry that will change next week too.
Atl. owns home field advantage. Matty ice closes out games & they run the clock like no other team in the league. Can easily see them advancing to the SB w/the sched they have left & home field.
Chicago, when Cutler is on, they are unbeatable. Def. played well. Peppers is a beast of a athlete. Playing on the rt side & containing Vick from rolling to his strong side was huge. Thought Vick played pretty well, dropped balls hurt. Didn’t hurt the Eagles barely touched the ball in the 3rd quarter.
Johnson/Finnegan will be suspended. But how is that different than a helmet to helmet blow to the head? Those guys only get fined. The NFL better figure somethings out before all hell breaks loose.
Finnegan is a tard, you’re on fucking TV does he not think they will see him going after Johnson’s head at the start of the play? I hate to say it but both need to be suspended for a game, and with Finnegan’s history his ass should get two games.
Atlanta is a beast at home, if they get home field in the playoffs they will be tough to beat. If they have to travel to GB or Chicago they are fucked. Dome teams dont do well in the weather, even though Atlanta has a hell of a running game.
Where in the hell did Atlanta come from? Was anyone predicting this? One of my best friends is a Falcons fan, before the season he was nervous as hell about the def especially without Abraham, they dont seem to be skipping a beat.
USMC Last year was Ryans sophomore year and Turner was hurt. The defense has drafted well and Smith is a defensive coach. No surprise they were building it over the last few years.
Speaking of fines, I wonder how much James Harrison will be poorer this week. He’s got to figure this out or he’s sitting on the bench if they make the playoffs.
I never played football, just hockey(different kind of hitthing) so I ask you gents, if JH hits the QB like he did yesterday in the belly with either side of his shoulder instead of the chest will he risk geting a fine because then the QB will fold in half and slam the back of his head on the groud with the whiplash affect?
Pittsburghs new kicker seems good lol.
That guy who droped that pass in OT in Buffalo better be on a suicide watch program, he might strangle himself with his rosary beads. I lol’d when I read the text but was he being serious ?
Thanks DJ, I don’t know shit about Smith- but he is doing a damned good job impressing me. Did you get to watch the Boys on Thanksgiving? I was at my girls house when it was 17-0, when I got to my folks place the Boys were winning. IMHO that was the best game of the season (and I am not biased at all…) Also, random non football question for you, do you know much about Harlingen in Tx?

Buffalos receiver was being serious, he was pretty down during the post game conference. On the JH hits, that really depends on the refs/QB, if he does that to Brady he will get flagged, but a lesser QB, who knows.

Yes the Boys did not give up and fought back, after this season of actually giving up in games I was happy. Saints are the defending champs and we took them to the wire, if Roy would have just dropped after the catch. Again they didnt give up and all I can ask for. Hell the only game Pro and College I missed this weekend was the LSU vs Arkansas because I was on the road for 4 hours back to Houston.
Non-Football, my wife was born in McCallen and I have been down there a few times Harlingen I know a little about. With how much I love mexican women my wife will never let us live in the valley.

Man what a game BJB, buffalo scares a lot of teams this year, Chan knows how to bring out the best in his players.
About Harrison, I dont know if it is by choice or inablity after years of doing something the same way. From what I have heard the league sent video to all the teams of what it considers legal vs illegal hits. Now my argument is if the Refs were given the same video, the most inconsistent calling I have seen in years by the NFL refs. Also guys get labeled and then they are some time unfairly called on penalities because of it. Technically if Harrison hits somebody in the strike zone then should be legal.
^ Lol, where is Strungout to argue about his best team in the NFL? Philip Rivers can play, I know he has been my FF QB in my family league for last 3 years. Chargers D is above average, I dont think the #1 ranking speaks volumes from personal experience. Dallas was #1 ranked defense in the early 2000’s and had a 5-11 season. Wins makes you the higher ranked defense, just keeping the total yards down per game doesnt mean a lot.

With Dallas playing with heart and determination it becomes even more on an indictment on Wade[/quote]
No shit! Those guys when their playing days are done will reflect back on the Wade years as dissapointing (because of the playoff losses) but also because it was possibly thier easiest years in football.
