I know Claire. Was their a few yrs back. Also was in Galway, Cork, Dublin, etc etc…

I for one would do that trip all over again. Amazing country & the people treated us fookin fantastic. However their was no football to watch. This was the yr Herm’s “Play to win” speech happened.

But to drink beer, look at the Gingers, & talk shit… I’m in!
Just to be snobby “Claire” as you call it is a girls name (though I suppose it is possible you know her). Clare on the other hand is the fine county I reside in.
HA! I did spell it wrong, my apologies. Though I must admit, I found the county Galway to be one of my most favorite spots.

& Listen before you get all Jiminy Cricket on me. let us not forget you are a Chiefs fan…
And you are a Jets fan, a team which appears to be coached (admittedly rather well) by an obese schoolboy and populated with reprobates.

True but damn is that man a character, I would hate to have A. Cromartie’s CS bill.

Anybody think the Cowboys can beat the champs two years in a row?

Is Bradshaw hurt? Why replace with Jacobs?

Because Bradshaw insists on fumbling.

True, but a schoolboy who isn’t afraid to shake the bullies hand & than bloody his nose.

Wouldn’t it be just something to see a playoff game between the two?

EDIT- I picture Red sitting in one of those high back chairs w/a pipe & his smoking jacket. Slowly sipping the Jameson to take the chill of the cold Clare air out of his creaky bones.

big mistake, Jacobs doesent have it anymore, for a guy that big not to ever get the first down a 3rd and 1.

I got an offer to go to the Jet Steeler game in December. Im going with 2 or 3 of my best friends and then meeting some steeler fans to go tailgate…Now the big question is, will wifey let me go?

I’m only 20 so the bones aren’t too creaky, the rest is surprisingly accurate. A playoff game between Chiefs and Jets would go poorly for us as we wouldn’t be able to run the ball, and without that it all falls to pieces.

Tell her to call me if you need me to convince her for ya’.

Bro I may need you to grease the skids for me so I can go! Serious! if I dont go I deserve to get my ass kicked!

^When it comes to greasing things, I’m an Express Lube.

A letter addressed to Mattys lovely(i’m sure) wife from me BJB;

Please allow my good efriend MattyXL to attend a gathering of American football enthusiests on this speciael day. He will eat well and never go thirsty, this is fact. I’m sure you can appreciate the importance and the playoff implications of this game right?..

The reason I ask on his behalf is because I myself am giving up MY ticket to the Steelers vs Bills this coming Sunday. I am sheduled to work that day and cannot attend so my wife will take my spot on the bus and go with our son and my friends. I am crushed.

Please let him attend or he will be crushed…like me :frowning:

Best

BJB

P.S.

Pretty Please?

There, see if that works, or bribe her lol.

This post is great all the way around, you sir and are gentleman and a scholar.

Deep down I hope the Lions win today. That organization must subconsciously have a very negative association with the Thanksgiving holiday, because to them it just means their going to get murdered on the field. A win verse the Pats would give them something to be thankful for and would also make me laugh as I envision how CountingBeans would implode at his Thanksgiving feast.

I think the Saints/'Boys game is definitely the most interesting of the day. I’m interested to see if Garrett can continue getting the team to perform how they were originally supposed to.

Awwww Aren’t you just the sweetest thing ever?

Leave all problems at the door & enjoy the day boys.

J.E.T.S. Jets jets jets…<<<— That’s my Fireman Ed impersonation.

Happy Thanksgiving bros. I just got home and Detroit is up 4 against the Pats. WHAT?

Well that game went from awesome and not a lot of penalties to a lot of penalties and sucking.

oh well… GO SAINTS!
