NFL 2010 X 3

Whose ready for this feast of games today and tomorrow? Some amazing match-ups that will have some big implications for the playoffs.

I’ll take the Ravens and the Patriots in the big games. I think Ben’s foot is going to seriously change his game. As for the Pats, I’ll stick with Brady and his rings especially since he’s playing at home. The fact that he’s banging Giselle just seals the deal.

49ers at Lambeau? Yikes.

I can’t get any good action today. Too many points…

I’m not betting today. But I’m having a hard time not taking the Jets +3.5 tomorrow.

I’m actually even after the last couple weeks, lol.

Shoulda got 15 and a first for the face slap to Burger

Holy Fuck I hate the Saints now. Well, just their fans. They win last years Superbowl and they think they’re the shit now that they just beat the Bengals. Really? Bragging about beating the Bengals?

Wow… This game is a nail bitter.

Even though I can’t stand the fucker, I have a ton of respect for Burger…

Hats off to Pitts…

Great game

shit

sigh

some notes from sunday:

miami needs a new qb… asap… watching flacco, matt ryan, josh freeman, ben roethlisberger, mark sanchez, etc its clear that henne is a career back up with potential that he will never fulfill. he’s just too inconsistent. Guy is 6’3 cannon for an arm but can’t string 3 games nonetheless 2 games together without faltering. also has trouble reading coverage at times, locks onto receivers, and doesn’t throw the touch pass well…

pitt pulled the upset out and the ball just bounced their way. after 3.5 quarters of playing like shit they get a lucky bounce and pull off a td.

Giants are getting hot when they need too. Jacobs is the fresh legs they need and they are still rolling… washington didn’t even compete.

Saints seem to be a 1st half team… they pretty much sat on their lead until the 4th quarter when the bengals took the lead… could also mean that they can score at will… ?

GB is gonna get it done whether or not they are full strength… as long as rodgers is slinging passes someone is gonna be catching them for TD’s

sorry to say but im glad brett is out… i think the old man finally realized that he’s old… great player but i think the last two seasons are starting to overshadow his accomplishments of yester-year. feel bad for the bills tho… at least fitzpatrick looks legit… (could be a derrick anderson effect tho, probowl 1 year then mediocrity)

with the OT win in Indy i think the cowboys might have gotten a new fan in me… i like the way they are playing… guess getting rid of the fat of the team (wade) was all they needed… romo is coming back soon i hear (how does that make u feel DJ?)

Finally monday night football looks like its gonna be a good one… NYJ vs NE kinda excited… i hope henne is taking notes on how consistent qb’ing is done… im not cheering for either team cuz my fantasy wins are hinged on players doing shitty on both teams.

So w/that being said, I think he’ll blow away the Giants today. 340 yds passing w/3 touchdowns.[/quote]

Ouch you sure called that one wrong.

Yeah my Boys beat the #8 player of all time. With a old bald QB that could be me and Matty’s other brother.

  1. I will say that he has been playing banged up but I have not watched enough Miami games to really argue with this logic.
  2. That is Pitts M.O. just dont know if it will work in the playoffs, maybe or maybe not.
  3. Agreed
  4. Agreed, I know Ivory has done well but I will say it again no DC is game planning to stop that kid.
  5. Unless the get a running game they are fucked in the playoffs
  6. Agreed
  7. If they some how pull it out of there ass and beat the dog killer this weekend then I think they will bring Romo back to end on a good note. If they lose then they will finish with Kitna, I would not be surprised it today JJ takes off the interim tag and makes howdy doody the HC.
  8. I have Welker and Holmes so I hope we have a high scoring game with the Jets pulling it out, cause I hate Brady.

I’ve said that every year since Syracuse.

i mean henne has the talent just not the consistency… you play against oakland that has (i think) top 10 passing def in the nfl and u put down 2 td’s… you play against the browns and go 1 td 3 ints? this is with the same group of WR that he had in the oakland game (minus hartline later on)…

he underthrew hartline for the joe haden pick… then he overthrew his wr for a pick… the deflection i don’t blame him for… maybe rob ryan is the defensive genius they say he his… but the dolphins should’ve at least been more consistent on offense… if henne goes 15/25 for 225 yds and no tds or ints then its a good week… that can’t be something ure happy about with a potential franchise qb…

maybe its the o-line, maybe its the wr, but despite that even when he’s had b-marsh and a healthy line he’s been inconsistent… b-marsh has 1 receiving td all year…

this is year 3 for henne… i might be willing to give one more year… the guy has the skills and our OC hasn’t been a revolving door…

Matt Ryan has been one of the most impressive players of the year in my eyes and is going to be one of the top QB’s in the league for years to come. The kid has all the skills and talent, but most importantly he knows how to win and knows how to get it done when the game is on the line.

He played a huge part in resurrecting the Falcons franchise after the Vick incident, and he is coming into full form this season. The comeback win against the Bucs yesterday proved that once again.

yea… i watched most of the game… ryan struggled in the first quarter or so against a stingy bucs defense but still ralied late to put together two good drives… also weems 102 yd return for a td helped immensely… i’m becoming a ryan fan…

i think freeman is right on the cusp as well… another year and he should be solid… couple more years and i see the bucs right up there in the NFC south

NFC south has taken over the NFC East as the toughest division in the NFC.

Un-fucking-believable LOL! Ravens fans you got shafted lastnight. These games are too much, seriously.

As usual there were some casualties, these two teams destroy each other when they play.

Suggs you dumb fuck lol, you had a great game, fuck the strip get him down, he’s got one good leg, c’mon.

That DL should be getting a fine for the eye gouge/slap on BB. He’ missing a bunch of cartiledge from his nose already from his bike accident so it looks even more gruesome…he is one tough sob that for sure.

Troy is heating up, he made a couple great plays, one of which decided the game you could argue.

Go Black and Gold

This game tonight should be a great one and since my team won yesterday i’m in a much better mood to watch it lol…funny how that works.

Now I have to go shovel about three feet of snow from my driveway and I “did” something to my right elbow doing pull ups two days ago :(…curcumin and Flameout to the rescue!

I hope the Texans at least PLAY against the Ravens next week. Club seats are just that much better when your team wins.
