Ok I have never taken a test supplement and have never researched. I have always been kind of afraid of not doing it intelligently and causing more problems. However I recently got some bloodwork done from an endocrine specialist and my testosterone topped out at 330, 300 is the low for males and 700 is the high I was told.
Obviously I am still in the “normal” range, but at the very low end. I was wondering if there was any way to boost this up, maybe make it easier for me to put on muscle. I realize that diet and training is 100%, but I figure if I could boost my test up to like 500 then it would be easier to gain muscle/strength right? I dunno. Anyways, any advice would be much appreciated.
