Body and facial hair: Lots of hair on my arms, legs, face and head. Chest is maybe just a little above average. Back and shoulders are pretty average.
Describe where you carry fat and how changed: Fat distributes pretty evenly. Maybe 6 years ago I dropped 40lb from 225 to 185 when I decided to stop being a non-active slug of a person. Dropped it on a starvation diet combined with cardio 1-2 times a week over 4-5 months.
Health conditions, symptoms: A few cases of fainting in my teenage years. Has not happened in years. In regards to now, I’ve read what some of the expected symptoms are for low test and some of them sound about right, specifically, low energy and depression but I’m not convinced if that is related or not. I’m here to hopefully clear up some of those questions.
Rx and OTC drugs, any hair loss drugs or prostate drugs ever: No, never. Can I take something to lose some hair? Joking…

Describe diet:
– Breakfast has been the same for years now, bowl of oatmeal in water with some protein power and sometimes orange juice or other fresh fruit juice.
– Lunch is usually something from places like chipotle, flame broiler or subway. Almost never places like carls jr, in-n-out, mcdonalds, del taco, taco bell, pizza, etc.
– Dinner is often homemade. Wide range. Often pretty heavy carbs, moderate protein, low fat. Spaghetti, some stir fry, roast n potatoes, etc. Healthy.
– After-Dinner snack, usually an hour or so before sleep I have a large bowl of homemade granola in milk.
– On friday night and saturday, sometimes sunday lunch too, I’ll eat whatever I feel like which can vary wildly.
– 3-4L of water every day.
Describe training: Weight training 2x week focused around the low-med rep range (5-8 reps). All basic compound exercises with some mild cardio. Martial Arts 1-2x week at (in my opinion) high intensity, many exercises to failure but short class period.
Testes ache, ever, with a fever?: No.
How have morning wood and nocturnal erections changed: I get some morning wood fairly consistently. Not entirely sure what is meant by nocturnal erections. Before going to bed?
