Newbie Looking for as Much TRT Help as Possible

Hey guys,

Complete newbie here, brief backstory.

48 years old, 17st currently so about a stone overweight, used to play rugby, never really been into gym but started last year doing more lifting.

Looking to start TRT as I’m of the age now where I’m tired, libido is tanked and ED IS AN ISSUE, not so much getting it but maintaining it. I’ve bought some dragon pharma cyp 250, I’m considering doing 125mg a week to see how I do.
Had bloods at drs and he said that test should be between 8-29…… and mine was 16 so it seems I’m bang in middle of what in the uk they class as normal.
I’m trying to drop weight and tone up but I’ve read conflicting reports, some say the test helps drop weight where others say they put it on…… I really don’t want to put on weight.

Any help is appreciated guys:+1:t2::+1:t2:

Are you planning to do TRT for life?

If it feels like it’s making a difference then yes…. Another concern I have is I suffer with mild sleep apnea

Then I’d say your approach of 125mg/wk seems quite reasonable.

If you have need or interest in doing this the “legal” way, I would check out Balance My Hormones for private clinic treatment.
I would check out some source boards like Meso Rx for better sources than Dragon Pharma - which I believe to be one of Napsgear’s premier brands. Naps is not the place I would recommend going, for a few reasons.

Do you think I should bin off the dragon cyp then??

Solely focusing on the Total T is a fool’s errand, the Free T is responsible for all the positive effects. Normal and optimal are not the same thing, low-T is a spectrum, not all or nothing.

Testosterone converts to many other hormones, estrogen, the main driver of effects of TRT. DHT is another.

UK doctors still living in the stone ages I see!

Can you point me to what I need to test/look for?? I’ll pay to get a private test done

Free T, DHT and estrogen. I always recommend testing for ferritin since low levels can mimic the symptoms of low-T, and it’s nice to have a baseline since TRT can suppress hormones that allow ferritin to rise.

TRT crushes my ferritin quickly! Pre-TRT my ferritin was normal or 100>.

It’s probably not faked, i mean test is cheap. Would be more likely to be faked if Primo or HGH, but this isn’t that.

You’re probably fine to use it, i just wouldn’t use them as a long term supplier.

A good source will privide regular HPLC testing and be within 5-10% of target concentration.

Its beneficial to ask oneself “what purpose does a 3rd party [napsgear] have in an otherwise untraceable transaction?”

Please don’t take this the wrong way. Can you afford legit medical care? Through a private provider? Your options are low but they are out there. TRT is through a provider and what you’re doing is not so. If you were well versed in this and know how to read labs, adjust doses etc I would be more supportive. I think this is a bad idea for you.

good luck! 44y male here, on TRT for 2y. WITH proper training you will loose fat and gain lean mass, if the diet and training is on point. I recomped my physique quiet a lot (still ways to go), but no way I would have achieved without TRT, as my recovery was so bad. I would not chase lab numbers what is relevant is how you feel, and that can be anywhere 100-200mg/week in most cases

Use Medichecks.

They do a complete TRT test.

Which test would be best the test blood test of hormone test?

They do a conplete trt panel. Has about 25 tests in the one package

For TRT purposes, you really need several, however if I could only have one, it would be free testosterone.
