Newbie help

I am new to roids but here goes. I have been overweight most of my life. But have found after losing 150 pounds I have a more awesome natural muscle structure than anyone knew! I am on a plateau and the following has been suggested by several parties who know my goal.
20 shots of winny 5 x a week for a month

20 shots of primobolan (i have no idea what the dosage should be here as i get conflicting ideas.)

The point is not to really get bigger but to lose the last of the stubborn fat. and bulk just a hair. I allreasdy have a natural 60" back and 20" arms. But have an assload of fat cover in the midsection lovehandles and lats.
Can anyone tell me how well this would work for me? And maybe suggest a good dosage for the primo?

First off great job on losing the weight. What is you current bodyfat %?

If it’s still to high you are probably going to want to still focus on dieting until you can get it lower…what is your current diet like? Calories/Pro/CHO/Fat???

Your Primo should state on the label how many mg/ml.

Also like it was said above read as much as you can.

I am with HHH,. Great that you’ve done so well so far. You still have a lot more you can do though naturally while your learning enough to not ask really un-informed questions. Don’t look for a magic bullet. It isn’t there.
I’d start with learning about your diet and learn more about different training for different purposes. You have a ways to go before you can even think about putting 20 shots a week of winny in yourself or whatever the hell it was you said you’ve been told

Spook and HHH were right I am no woman. But thanks for the advice. I have been learning and reading and am leaning towards trying it naturally for a bit longer. Although I am not looking for the “magic bullet” I am looking for some boosted results. I, like I am sure many people are, am frustrated. We all get frustrated when we hit a wall. I have not lost anymore in over 2 months. I have changed training methods diet and pretty much everything. I am hearing I may be over training. I work out in the morning mostly cardio and teach a class at night that is mostly cardio(Jui-jitsu/Aikido). As soon as the class is over I hit the weights. Could this be it? Thanks to all for the advice.

HHH- bodyfat is currently at 12%.
I weigh 282 lbs. 5’10.5"
Diet is 2000 calories a day 80% protien. Very little fat.
The problem is in the areas I mentioned. The rest of me is pretty lean. I dont have the primo yet so I don’t know wht it says the dosage is. And the winny is the depot ampules. When I said 20 shots I meant over a month. five a week. I mean I have freakish genitics to begin with. I dont even work arms or back too often because when I do they grow like a freaking bad weed! This is not as per me. This is as per everyone around me. When I hit arms hard a couple of months ago,I wnt from 20" to 22" in like a month and a half. I am all natural untill now. And always have been.

Sorry to disagree, dude, but there is NO WAY IN HELL you are 12% @ 283 pounds with a 2000cal/day diet.

12% is thin, and you would be a ripped massive beast if those stats are true, not overfat.

And with a 2000cal/day diet, you need to clean up your nutrition. Your starvation diet wont work anymore; read the t-dawg diet on the search engine.

By your comments I have to also say that you are probably not 12%…I could be wrong though. How did you take the measurement?

HHH-The measurements were taken twice by the same trainer at the gym . He used some calipers which I can say are a pain in the ass but whatever.
Archaic-I am but thats the thing. My calves quads and arms are decentle defined. My calves the most. But The trainers I know are telling me that what is left is the hardest part to get rid of. And since I was fot most of my life this is probably my most stubborn deposit. And I will check out the diet you suggested

You actually might want to pull back on the cardio a bit. Go on a keto diet for a couple of few weeks. Look up fat fast diet in the search engine. I am having a hard time believeing your 12% as well. I am close to that now that it is winter and I am trying to build up a bit for spring time. And i still look very well and don’t appear fat in anyway except my abs are a little less apparent but there still there. You could go with a winny/primo thingy for a bit as well. I’d stick to around 600mgs primo and 350mgs or so of the winny. This will do more for helping to change your muscleature and support lean body mass while dieting on a very low carb diet. Have clomid for when you discontinue. AND learn about keto diet etc. so you don’t pig out and blow up when your ending. Note, your ability to grapple will go down commesurately when you stop taking in carbs, you’ll hit the wall much easier and feel like shit a lot of the time.

alarra - I’m guessing it was just a 3 point caliper test and you will need to go for the 7 point to get a more accurate reading. Spookaroo gave you some great advice…I would look into either the T-Dawg 2.0 or the fat Fast. Fat Fast is really extreme but with AAS the results could very beneficial. Good luck.
