Tell me about it. I finally added 5 to my squat that’d been stagnant for months it seems, and my bench seems to be dropping! Same here. I doubt I could do 315 right now, but it wasn’t that long ago I could hit it with a full second pause. Fucked if I know why. That’s why I’m trying this juggernaut thing. Based on DF’s post over in your log, I’m gonna try adding in bunch more incline DB presses, too.
