Just saw a picture of Big Rami 6.5 weeks out, 308lbs.
Not sure if I can post the picture as its from another website. But WOW, he is MASSIVE! The thing I don’t understand though, all the bodybuilders I have seen who had “the best legs” always had decent calves.
What’s the deal with his being glaringly underdeveloped compared to everything else?
It will be interesting to see what he places.
where did you see he was 308?
i can’t imagine he is still that kind of weight - he doesn’t look it at all in these recent shots. looks a good 20-30lbs down on the pic on page 1 of this thread - looks like alot of drug induced bloat has gone and quads look smaller imo
calves are genetic so he just has shitty calves not much can be done. his quads are also so big they make them look smaller.
the amount of oil in his shoulders especially but other bodyparts as well is just a joke.
not a fan of this blocky look - he is just size + leaness with no aesthetics at all.
while I agree completely with his lack of aesthetics… there is a lot that can be done about his calves I.E. SEO… how do you think 20 inch arms became the norm? lol…
he supposedly is 308 according to DJ
true he’s obviously a fan of SEO already.
in the pics released today i simply don’t believe he is still 308 at that height and leaness.
Do they all seriously take these oils etc?
yes they are all full of them.
just look at his shoulders and arms in the MM above - it is not possible for a human to look like that (the shoulders especially) with just drugs and training.
generally speaking everyone’s shoulders these days are just ridiculous cos of SEO that is why they are all like basketballs in MM shots.

Damn, I used to be amazed when I saw these guys. There’s me thinking Phil’s arms are truly gifted and they do this? It’s kinda disappointing. The 80s era of bodybuilders were so much more unique. Each bodybuilder had his own look. Whereas now…It’s just a shame.
SEO is probably the biggest turn off to the sport for me. To me, that isn’t BBing, because it isn’t even your body. I guess I wasn’t under the impression that everyone did it. It seems like some guys would bring up weak points better if they used them.
