I’ll be going to the night show. perhaps i can meet some of you bros there. Victor could’ve been Mr.O if he had heath conditioning.
I didn’t know AC was doing the show. It’s great to see someone go from that thread he posted here to going to the fucking ny pro. Damn great motivation.
I wonder how AV’s look will change as he is forced to play the size game as a pro. If the earlier posted picture is any indication he’s going to be pretty small(which is kind of expected, he wasn’t a behemoth getting his pro card, definitely won it on his amazing aesthetic+good but not great size), I really hope beefing up to play with the big boys doesn’t destroy his look because I think it’s amazing.

This is my opinion of Vic in a nutshell. The guy’s got the structure, necessary size (not counting his leg injuries of course), and an amazing shape. Honestly, if we’re comparing natural shape, I’d give him the nod over Phil. Unfortunately, bodybuilding contests aren’t scored solely on genetic shape.

Way is doing just fine, he’s currently working with John Meadows and loving it. Floating around the 265lb area.[/quote]
Yea I saw this pic the other day on his FB page - he’s looking incredible.
I didn’t ask him but I assume he’s going to do that show he had to bow out on last year…

Yup, just wanted to chime in and agree with these 2 guys.
Victor could never nail his conditioning.

Oh how I wish they were.
I’ll be at the night show. I’ve been going on and off since it was called the Night of Champions.
Does anyone know where I can find the lineup? Googled “2013 NY Pro lineup”? Coming up with nothing.
perhaps Vic should get in touch w/ george farah…
i hope Vic does well, the fucking guy has had more hard knocks than 90’s Jay Z…
i’m in the same boat as Victor, not the jail part, but i lost a ton of weight due to career stuff and lack of food/training, i’m slowly adding 20+lbs back on…for Vic it is much much more.
It seems like Victor doing the New York Pro is almost a downgrade. To me, show importance are as followed:
Olympia
Arnold Classic (plain Jane Arnold, not to be cofused with the other 4000 other Arnold’s Classic)
New York Pro
Dallas Europa
Everything else
Despite that, I’ll be rooting for Victor that man needs a break after all the years of misfortunes.

Its not a downgrade given how qualifications now work for the O…
I think a lot of people forget that the Pro is basically the old Night of Champions, which was a pretty major show, as it was always a NY (East Coast) based event. In fact, it was DeMilia’s baby for years, and became such a continually huge success for the IFBB that he was eventually tapped to promote the Olympia.

It makes sense for top guys not to all be doing the same show anyways as it would mean they would HAVE to do at least another one for an O qualifier
I bet they all end up agreeing on who is doing which show too lol -_- (ohhhh conspiracy theory)

DeMilia got the boot for unclear (to me) reasons a few years back, so Steve and Bev Weinberger (Francis) sort of took over the show. Unfortunately Wayne owned the name “N.O.C.”, which he took with him to his new (and now defunct I believe) organization PDI.

Should just move those over to the ideal physique thread =p
I don’t think he has the size to win on the ‘big boy’ stage, but damn is he man pretty. I really hope he keeps his overall shape/lines as he gets larger to compete in IFBB lineups.
I saw aaron clark’s shot… he’s beast

post it bro?

in your opinion do you see him improving alot over the next few years?
seems to me his arms and chest often dont look that great in alot of shots and his structure might not allow him to gain alot more, might just get trouble with his waist if he does which it looks like he could do.
obviously he’s turned pro very young but i unsure if he will continue to make large improvements, but will instead look pretty similar to this throughout his career (which is still of course very good)
