Indeed, he looked great compared to everyone else at the show, but lets face it, no one else there is near Kai’s, Phil’s or Jay’s league. Prime Vic could have given him a serious run for his money, but he’s not back there yet.

I’m actually curious as to what happened to Kevin English. He was supposed to compete. I chatted briefly with a friend who works at Bev’s gym last night, and she mentioned something about his being unwell, possibly ending up in the hospital and it really being a day before type of decision. Maybe why Jose jumped on the show unannounced at the last minute?

It looks to me like Ramy’s pic is slightly inflated, but even still its damn impressive looking.
The crazy thing he’s young by all these other O competitors standards. He will win an O eventually, maybe very soon. I have no doubt about that. The progress he’s made in the last 2 years is hard to believe. I think he may be juicing but im not sure.

Obviously just doing the best with what’s available but I’ll run with it: unless Ramy just destroys Heath from the front with his quads, Heath still looks to be better in the back, better arms, better calves. Ramy has a couple months to work on it, but Heath won’t bring last year’s package either.
