I hadn’t been there since NYE 2000, they made some changes. They blocked not just Las Vegas Blvd but all the adjoining streets. You had to walk EVERYWHERE, which was no joke in that cold.
We wanted to start the night at a titty bar, but seeing how we had to walk there, the Spearmint Rhino was miles away, so fuck that.
We get to the club and it’s a sword fest. Had to have been 10X more dudes than chicks. Music was good, we got seriously fucked up, and like I mentioned, it cost me alot more than I was willing to lose. Other than that, it was alot of fun.
Went to a hotel party with some friends. Somebody was stabbed and killed later at that same party. We were gone by then, partying elsewhere.
I don’t drink much or stay out late very often but I did go to a party that night.
A bunch of bong hits with the best green I can ever remember smoking and 3 beers. SO HIGH… Haven’t been that blazed in several years.
