Just looking for some opinions on these labs. I am still having a lot of daily fatigue. Admittedly, I get between 6-7 hours of sleep a night, but I do not have a demanding job. Possibly, my sedentary job is causing some fatigue?
I have put on approximately 12 pounds since I started TRT (purposefully with diet and exercise) and I last measured at 16% body fat. This was measured in the fasted, in the morning, on my gyms In-Body 270 scanner.
My provider is just a general practitioner. He doesn’t offer a lot of guidance other than, “We can go up to 200mg/week”.
Currently on 150mg/week

All other labs were within normal limits, but will provide specifics on certain ones if requested.
When do you pin and when did you draw labs in relation to your last pin? Your numbers are fine especially if taken on a weekly trough day. If taken closer to injection you could go up,in dose.
Have you had a sleep study done? Why do you expect TRT to fix fatigue? It can but it’s not a magic bullet for all ailments.
Yes, these were taken on a trough day, the afternoon before the evening that I pin.
I have had a sleep study done. Results were normal. Thats all they told me. I understand it’s not a magic bullet, but when I first started TRT the fatigue was gone. Maybe it was the placebo effect, but I have been chasing that feeling. It was wonderful.
When you first start TrT the increased Test levels stimulate a dopamine release / increase that does not sustain long term. That’s why most guys have a brief honeymoon period for 1-2 months.
