it’s a Tim Ferris hack from 4hr body. Apparently 30g protein within 30 min waking up helps with fat loss

So just thought I would do it. I’m already taking protein in the morning, so now just making it in that timeframe.

If the goal is fat loss via fasted cardio, that protein shake is taking you out of a fasted state.

That being said, it likely has little effect one way or another. If it works for you, change nothing.

I took some new photos today. I don’t see much change in the front/side, the back, I think I see somethign different. Just above the belly area, I think seems to be thinner. And from the front, my 2nd front photo looks like I am bigger around the gut than photo 1.

Measurements can help sometimes. Neck, biceps, waist at navel, thighs. Or you can just go the easy route and meausure the waist - its what i do.

My coach has me doing pictures, weight, and measurements - every 2 weeks. If one of the 3 are moving in the right direction, things are going well.
