I’ve been reading T-Nation for a year now and have decided…I love it! So, I just wanted to introduce myself. I’m 46, 112lb, 5’1", homeschool, work out in a small Y gym, no gym buddies, and just want to get as strong and muscley as I possibly can. I worked out for years when much younger and then took a long break. I’ve been back solidly for a year though I started fooling around with weights again two years ago.
I don’t do too much and work out fast, but I put a lot into the few lifts I do.

That’s basically me. I’m really looking forward to talking to other women who lift. There are no others here except crossfitters, which I don’t want to do.
