I would LOVE to go to the seminar, esp since a) I will start coaching this year in junior high, probably basketball and/or volleyball and I would like to have the knowledge to be able to start them off with a solid foundation in functional, sports-oriented fitness and b) I will have my first MMA competition in a few months and could use all the help I can get in preparing. It would also allow me to help my teammates prepare
