New SURGE Workout Fuel

Sweet Christ, it’s in the new holographic container. GLEEEE!!!

And I can workout like a machine?! OOOOOOO!!!

Fuck it, I want it, will spend way too much money on it, provided it will make a difference in my training/recovery.

Question is, how many more supplements can I take?

At $200 a tub, it must be great! Good for pro athletes, then it must be great for me!

Did the human body learn how to process something other than carbs, fat, and protein while I was out?

yes. I’m not quite sure what this statement even means. But non-dietary supplements clearly can greatly aid training. Not even a question about that.

no kiddin, guess vitamins and minerals were just discovered too lol

If you bitches don’t want it, don’t fucking buy it.

It’s funny they termed it “workout” fuel when I’ve read on this site many times basically, “ITS CALLED TRAINING NOT WORKING OUT, IF YOU’RE WORKING OUT YOU’RE A PUSSY”

I think they should call it Surge Yoga Fuel.

I was gonna suggest something other the Fuel in the title. This isn’t Twinlab…

EDIT: Scratch that… Surge JEDI FUEL is awesomeness

My prediction is $49.99

Simple business-make people believe something will be really expensive makes people think it will be equally worthwhile…come out with a lower price people think its a steal and gobble it up.

I’d like to see the ingredient list myself. If its as good for work capacity and its being suggested to be, I’ll try it since creatine does about shit for me. Thought I haven’t tried beta alanine either.

I brought up this very point before.

Also, Beta-alanine works via a separate pathway, give it a shot
Just because you’re not a creatine responder doesn’t mean BA won’t help

See, I was thinking it was the funky new creatine they were talking about in those interviews with the Biotest lab coats, beta alanine, and some cool ass carb blend. Just speculation on my part, but I still can’t see the $180 price tag posted to that.

I believe your analysis is spot on, they wouldn’t release/hype up a product this much if it wasn’t going to be affordable to the general public.

How much longer must we wait?

The suspense is nauseating.

From the formula I’ve seen you’re not far off.

I think it was alluded to in the article about them being on the 125 best food for men earlier last year:

TC: Speaking of oligodextrin, what was the thinking behind the rice oligosaccharides in Metabolic Drive?

TP: They give rice oligosaccharides to dehydration victims to re-hydrate them. It’s so incredibly soothing to the gut; it pulls water into the right tissues. It’s a great, great, carbohydrate. In fact, we have a blend of two ?? for lack of a better word, sugars ?? that constitute the first complexed carbohydrate that’s actually anabolic.

TC: To quote John Travolta in Pulp Fiction, that’s a bold statement.

“That’s a bold statement.”

TP: No, really. We’re finding people who go out on grueling bike rides, endurance athletes, high-energy-expending athletes, come back at the same weight or even heavier than what they started out!

These guys are not losing water weight. And they’re building muscle even though they’re hardcore endurance athletes. It’s remarkable. We took a sugar called platinose and rice oligodextrn and mixed them together in a certain ratio, and these guys go out and work out for two or three hours in the hot sun, and come back heavier than when they went out and that’s never been done before.

We’ll be introducing that blend to Testosterone real soon.

Thats just my opinion though. Workout for hours and come back weighing more? Sounds like a product that might just Fuel your Workout.

Well this, and some previous posts pretty much sums up the formula.

I’ve been using palatinose on it’s own, but not long enough to have any measurable progress.

So how is it that this product is not going to replace Surge Recovery?

I get that the point is to use this during/before your workout. And as I understand, the point of using Surge Recovery is to replenish (and feed) the muscles post work out.

But if the claim is that individuals are coming back from workouts “heavier” and their muscles are being given all that they need to grow during exercise, than what’s the point of Surge Recovery anymore.

I’m sure it will be said that the most optimum condition will be use Workout Fuel during, and recovery after…but if Workout Fuel is going to cost more than $50 I think people are going to have to choose between optimal and reasonable.

Just seems to me that Biotest is going to have to figure out how this new product, if it’s so much better, doesn’t make one of their old products less relevant.

Just a thought…

Greg

As I understand it the product provides little in terms of protein, specifically WPH. And the “sugars” in it are not quickly absorbed. Its a totally different product than Recovery for sure.

Thanks for finding this. I’ve been referencing those words in my mind of awhile now, but I couldn’t for the life of me remember where the hell I saw it.

Ahh, the hype around unknown supplements of infinite powers that will make us all Ronnie Colemans within a year…Ronnie will be mad 'cause none of us will need steroids to get there, just this super-special carb stuff.

/sarcasm

Does sound mildly interesting though.

Mine is $39.99 for 600g or 20 servings. Dosage will most likely be 2 servings for the average trained male.
