Yeah, when I first heard the guy I thought he was the shittiest rapper. I still think he’s a poor rapper, but he has a nice unique sound, a great ear for beats, and he can sing a great hook.

Highly doubt it. Torrents are the way to go.
Forums have to host copyrighted on their servers, or you have to pay to gain access. Bittorrent clients/ protocol aren’t illegal, therefore cannot be shutdown. I do understand trackers can be shut down, but it’s nearly impossible to kill the spread of torrents (1-2kb files).
Im sure yall have heard of Lil Flip,Paul Wall,Mike Jones,and Slim Thug but the real king of Houston rap is Zro. His stuff is incredibly good if a tad bit depressing.

Forums are FREE and don’t host anything (see above link). Ever heard of Rapidshare or Hotfile? Rapidshare is one of the largest storage sites in the world, they have over 10 petabytes of storage space (that’s 10 million gb’s). As long as you name a file correctly and password protect it, it’s bulletproof on reliability.
An $8 account gives you unlimited monthly access to full speed downloads, no need for crappy torrents with poor reliability.
