New Lab Results After Upping Test

So I started TRT about 2 months ago at a dose of 100mg a week of test enanthate. My first lab results showed almost no increase in T levels (still in the low 200s). So my doctor upped the dose to 125mg which I thought wouldn’t be enough, and I just got my lab results back after being at 125mg for a month:

Testosterone Total 685 (280-800 ng/dl)

Testosterone Free 19.11 (5.00-21.00 ng/dl)

Estradiol <20 (20-75 pg/ml)

These were taken a couple hours before my next injection so this was basically the lowest value I could get.

My questions are:

What do you think my test levels are 2-3 days after my injection when the values are peaked?

Also, I haven’t really noticed much of a difference in the way I feel. Does it take a little while to notice these changes? Or will I just never feel much of a difference from testosterone treatment?

Also my doctor wants to keep my at this dose. Do you think this is a good idea or should I try to get him to increase it to 150mg next time I see him?

Your free is almost at the top of the range…and your estradiol is about where it should be…so you are probably at a pretty good dose.

does it take awhile to feel the affects of the increase in testosterone? about how long do you think it takes?

This does depend on how long you were sitting at the low range - if this was a considerable time it may take a while for you to feel the effects

Plus…there may more hormones out of whack than just testosterone, like thyroid, adreanals, dhea, pregnenalone, insulin, to name a few.

It does not matter what the peak is. Read the 'protocol for injections sticky and try injecting more often. You will feel better with steadier levels.

Use a different serum E2 lab that does not bottom out at 20. Reads if <lower_range can also be indicating lab errors.

E2=20-75 is a very strange range.
